Black Friday.

Hello!

Okay so I started writing this blog post on a Black Friday, even though I might finish this post after Black Friday, making it White Saturday or something but it doesn't matter! So I haven't been going out for quite some time due to exams and we finally went out today to eat! So recently I've been introduced to this cute cat game called Neko Atsume, how do you pronounce? Its actually ni-ko at-su-mi. Yes thats how I pronounce, no lah might not be the actual way hahaha but why does it matter? Actually I've came across this quote "They laugh at me because I'm different. I laugh at them because they're all the same." quite inspiring isn't it? Like its really a wow to me actually, because it has so much hidden meaning behind it hahaha And then again, so I actually have lisp. Idk when I started to have lisp but I'm thinking it is really since young? But since I was young, no one ever actually told me about the way I enunciate, well no one corrected me, so I didn't think that I have a problem with my speech. So as I moved on to Secondary School, not sure whether my lisp got more serious or something, when people start to realise and imitate the way I speak, which was rather bad? But its okay actually, I've gotten over it, no point dwelling about it also. As long as what I'm saying is 90% understandable and comprehensible, thats all it matters! So I did went to see a doctor, I think last year? And weird enough, they sent me to some ENT (Eye, Nose, Throat) department. So they checked on me and diagnosed that I didn't have short tongue, which could be the cause of my weird enunciation? So it actually mean that I won't be able to get a letter to prove that my poor enunciation is caused by a medical condition -- which could actually be useful to me since I'm going for some Oral Presentation for my Project Work A levels last year. So I was actually rather busy during that period of time and didn't really have the time to go for the speech therapy that they sent me to. I'm not sure how useful this speech therapy thing could be though, they sent me to go for the treatment during my school hours, so I couldn't go for it. But well, I don't think it matters actually, my speech didn't have an impact on my PW grade, so thats fine. But of course, the actual problem still exist, which is my enunciation issue. Well, I actually have no idea when i'll be free to go for this speech therapy thing, even after my A levels. I'm just going to see how next time! For those who have lisp like me and so concerned about it, just fuck it and move on.
