Received some notification today that my earphones are coming, was so excited and opened it the moment I was home. Sadly, they didn't work.... Wonder how the customer service is going to resolve my issue come Monday... It was bought during a flash sale, so it was a really really good deal. Sound quality should've been good, but oh well didn't get to try it yet. Hopefully they can do an exchange for me!
