Hello world!
Hugging my pooh while typing this! Finally back at home after a long week! Its time to rest ^^ I've been running 5km for quite a number of times this week already, glad that my timing is improving, along with me trying to add in incline to toughen up my own training. Hopefully I can hit a timing of 25min soon! Right now it is like 26min+. Needs some shaving off here and there. However, I still hope I can have some incline here and there and still achieve the timing that want! Went for checkup for my ear today, I think I'll have to go for a scan to find out why. They should've scheduled me for a scan from the start... They weren't even solving the issue when they were finding out whether I can hear soft sounds when the issue that I am having is loud sound... Well, maybe they are just playing safe and finding out if my hearing degenerated... Can't blame them!
