Extra day

Hello world!

So today is the extra day that occurs once in a few years, its rarely the case that we will see this day actually. So since young, I was taught that the Earth revolves around the Moon and it takes 365.26 days to complete one revolution? Sorry pardon my primary school science since I didn't remember how the solar system works back then... I failed science okay... Since a year typically has 365 days, so this means that in 4 years, the additional 0.26 x 4 will form 1.04 days, where we have the additional day in February. But what about the 0.04 days?! Does that mean that in 100 years, there should be another day on top of this February 29? I never really bothered to find out the answer, but I do know that 365.26 is a rounded off value and definitely not exact. If someone can enlighten me that would be great hahaha So today is the first week after stopping work and it was a great day spent with love at home watching dramas haha More of such days to come please, like going out and have fun spending with love, it'll just be awesome hahaha More days to come this week definitely!! Booked my 2nd TP date!!!! 15 March, count downs please!

So as of now, I have 321 page views on this blog. Is it a lot? Maybe 100 of them belongs to me, just kidding.. Even I don't read my own blog this much. So after a few months of wait after finishing my exams, my results are going to be released soon... Then I'll have to wreck my brains again thinking about where I should go. Its like another turning point in life, where I get to choose my directions... This could probably be my largest decision in life as to where I'm headed to, but of course, I can still change even after studying university, but it would really mean quite a waste of time if I do change my mind. Really have to find out where my interests really lies and what I really intend to do (for the rest of my life maybe). I want to be rich hahaha but no point dreaming so much if I don't make it happen.. Just want to make the best out of my life and not feel like I've wasted one entire life without much accomplishment hahaha But its highly impossible that I wouldn't have accomplished anything in this life? Just a matter of whether they are small or big...

Hello world!

So today is the first Saturday after I stopped working, and I had quite a lot of food today, means more and more calories, but its okay, have to exercise soon! Since tomorrow is a Sunday, and I don't have much plans, I can go exercise early in the morning and later on continue my day! So today, I slept for only a few hours but its enough for me to last my entire day! I think the food that I had today from morning till evening plays a part in providing me energy to last through the day hahaha So today, finally had breakfast with love, and its real breakfast, not like the usual lunch type of breakfast! Its like toasts today! Then I had another breakfast for lunch, like the theme is just eggs, the cafe sells eggs and only eggs. Not actually, they sell eggs with other stuff like salad, meat, they also sell fries. But the main thing should be egg I believe! So my lunch wasn't too bad, filling for my stomach I believe! That's maybe because my meals were quite close together in terms of timing, so wasn't really that hungry afterall! Thinking about all these food that I had today just reminds me how fattening my day has been... Gives me even more motivation and reason to exercise hahaha Just don't want to get 'killed' not literally in army!!!

Its the last Friday of the month! How many more Fridays do I have before they turn into "Book out days"? Hahaha there's like a few more la, not interested to begin counting hahaha Spent my Friday out today, not entirely but almost! Like went to work for half a day early in the morning, then went home to watch movie with love and went out for 'dinner' haha It was a long but short day? I am becoming fatter and fatter day by day, so intending to start exercising soon! Not sure when I should start, maybe like go for a run everyday in the morning? Its a good start to start the day actually, since I would probably be doing the same thing when I'm enlisted in about a month time! Driving around is gonna make me fat, so I should be grateful I didn't get my license this time round?! But I wouldn't want to fail on my next round! Have to keep a look out for test dates all over again, I hope this is the last time I'm doing it please!!! Please help me!!! I don't want to do it again its really upsetting and disappointing... Its really time to take a good good break from work, after so much of work... Time to enjoy and play!!!

Yes its finally one last day! Not really one, its less than one! Just a few hours time before I officially end work at this workplace hahaha After months of work, like 2 months la, I am finally ending my work! Feel the freedom! Yes! Even though I would have been much happier if I have gotten my license, but its okay, guess I haven't been a good boy, so not meant for me to get my license.. Well since I've already waited for so many years, what's a few more weeks of wait? I still love my bed alot now idk why, just feel like sleeping every day after a long day of work hahaha Sometimes I feel my back aching because I sleep sideways, probably because I bend my body, looking at the table while I'm at work calling? So when I'm sleeping, I try to lie flat down, as in flat up I mean, facing up. So I don't sleep side ways, and its rather relaxing, even though it may not be exactly comfortable. So my fan is making lots of noises when I'm sleeping, like keeps ticking. So I brought in a tower fan that I bought awhile ago, surprisingly, even though its not as cooling, I sleep extremely well!! I think its because its really quiet, so I can just lie down and sleep undisturbed hahaha New house new bed new fan new aircon everything new soon! But before that, NS..

Hello world!

So the theme today is over, I don't know how many overs am I going to talk about hahaha The first over is that my work is finally going to be over. In just two days time, I'll be ending of my work at this office, almost totally? Won't be going to the workplace anymore, maybe I'll be getting another tiny pay slip next month because of my closed deals, thats about it? Not sure if I'll still be doing some admin stuffs for the company, that one we'll see.. Then the other over, is that CNY is over. But its over just before the other thing is over. My first driving test is over! I didn't make it. Was really sad yesterday that I couldn't get passed, but can't do anything about it now that its over. Can just try to get over it and hope for the best in my next test, which I hope will be soon! Afterall, even though all these are over, life still needs to go on. Soon, it will be that the waiting for my results for A levels are finally over. But thats like about slightly more than a week before it finally comes! Life moves on rather quickly, sometimes we want time to slow down, sometimes we want time to move faster, but at the end of the day, we just don't want to run out of time. Ahh this seems like its going to become a rather sad topic, lets just end off this topic here! Need to spend time efficiently, balance everything well, like really well. Work, rest, play. Rest sufficiently and not too much, in order to leave time to play! That's the theme for next month I believe!!

What a sad day to remember, yes I failed my TP test today.. If you've been following, I was worried and counting down day by day, hoping that today will be my last TP test. Ugh but thats not the case. During my test, I strike the kerb twice, which I had never done so in any of my practice, its an entire waste... Because of these two strikes, I failed my driving test, very badly, with 42 demerit points... It was really that bad. I think it could be I didn't check my car's positioning well and ended up doing badly for the test... At least its a lesson learnt for me, I will definitely improve and do better for my next round! I just hope things go well, should stop thinking about it already... Get over it!!!

Ahh its not exactly one day actually, its less than one day.. Slightly more than half a day, before its finally my test! My first TP test ever in my life, hopefully my last too! I hope the experience tomorrow is going to be a good one, I get a good tester and end up with a good grade after that. All my lessons and money spent must be paid off!! I just hope that I can do it well this time round, have so much plans after this test, just can't afford to fail! The cost and expectations are the main reasons why I want to pass tomorrow! Hopefully my motivation will push me to pass my test tomorrow! Whether or not I do it with flying colours is not important, I just want to pass!! The rest doesn't matter hahaha I think I won't be able to sleep well tonight, like probably won't be able to fall asleep as soon as I lie down. I did went to the temple to pray on the first day of CNY, in hope that I pass this test hahaha Ahhhh just try my best tomorrow!!! All you readers out there, wish me good luck please!

So its the time of the day again, its another new post coming up! So if you've been following, its two days to my driving test! I'm quite worried and scared for my test, wouldn't say I'm not confident of my driving, but rather I'm not exactly confident of my driving in the circuit, due to lack of practice on the circuit itself. So I only had an hour to experience the circuit previously, and one more hour to go in two days time, and there I go for the test. I'm also worried that I may get a tester who is extremely picky and want to put his anger on me. I just hope for the best, hope that I get a tester who is good! It all boils down to luck now... On the test date itself, I'm going to have to pay $400 to take the test!! Which includes two hours of practice of course. The thought of having spent so much money just gives me the pressure that I cannot fail... If the test cost just $30, I don't mind not passing on my first try, but $400!! I don't think I'll be able to sleep well tomorrow, which is the night before my test. I think I'm more worried for this test compared to my A levels. I have high hopes...

So counting down, its 3 days to go! Okay let's talk about something really annoying that I experienced every day. After I bathe, there will be water dripping from my fringe at the side (right side) of my head. I always 'comb' my fringe to the right, and maybe because its getting rather long (even after I cut), water tends to drip down from there and hit my arm or legs when I'm seated down in front of my computer. The constant dripping of water gets on my nerves! I did try to wipe my hair dry before coming out of the bathroom but doesn't seem enough, maybe I should really spend more time trying to wipe my hair dry before coming out! Well at least I should be grateful that I still have some hair now... After I enlist, there will be no hair (not that bad) for two months!!! Two freaking months!! But yeah no hair is good sometimes, don't need to wash or anything, brings me back to how I was in primary one or two hahaha Remember the days where my hair was so short. I think I was too tired of having extremely short hair, that I start to tell my mum that I wanted to keep my hair longer, so I started to have hair hahaha From then onwards, my hair remains long. But I was still studying in school after all, how long can my hair get? Then when I was in secondary school, if I were to cut my hair short, people will even ask, why is my hair so short? I'm just used to have 'long' hair I guess hahaha

Time is ticking so close, now I'm four days to my test date, and its TGIF again! Well Friday is always good, Friday is the day where we get to enjoy and relax. Can't remember if I did work last Friday. Oops I just saw the calender, it is the CNY week, so I didn't work. Well if you can't already tell, I have quite a bad memory. Not sure whether I did mention anywhere in my post too! So spending $300 on renting the instructor's car is just ridiculous. The fee is so so so expensive! But what to do, I don't have a choice since I went the private way. The test could've been much cheaper if I were to go school, but then again, I wouldn't be able to get my license within a short span of 3 months? And I wouldn't be spending this amount of money too. This is provided that I do pass my TP test next Tuesday, which I really really hope I can do so! When I was young, I hoped that I pass my TP on my first try, its like a mission since young! So finally the chance/opportunity is coming, so I shall do it once and do it right (Tham). I shan't (Chu) disclose too much about what those brackets mean, but if you know, you know. The more I say, the more my identity will be exposed!!

So today is a day without work but its also a day where I'm not feeling exactly well, so didn't really enjoy much of my off day! No choice, just hope that I get better as soon as possible! Went for a visit to the doctors and got some medication for my current condition, hopefully the medication works and I will get better soon hahaha Tomorrow is Friday, should be a day where I enjoy, TGIF! Let's just hope I feel better tomorrow. Have a driving lesson early in the morning at 9, need to wake up slightly earlier to clear all the shit that I have (diarrhoea) before going for lesson! Can't be sleeping too late for the day... Haven't sleep late for the past few days as I have work and so on, so many things happening! Well, so next week is going to be my last week of work, like about 4 days to go? And it's all done and set to go for my enjoyment month! Wish me all the best for my driving license guys!!

So today is my last day of work for the week! It was supposed to be tomorrow but I just received a text from my boss telling me that the company has event tomorrow and we don't need to report to work. So in the afternoon, my friend told me that a staff told him that the company is having a buffet lunch tomorrow, so asked if we are included in the buffet, but our manager didn't told us anything about that, so we took it that we might not be involved and will be getting our own dinner. But now, the latest news is that we don't even need to go to work! Don't know if this should be a yay or not... Yay cos I'm really sick of working so many days consecutively that I really have no mood to continue calling. No because it means one day less worth of pay before I finally 'retire' from this job! It means quite a lot, but just take it as a good rest I believe! So tomorrow, I'm gonna go out for a while in the morning and take a good rest by sitting down at home hahaha Can't practice my driving because I've got no driving lessons, but its fine, just spending more money if I go for more lessons! Just hope that it'll be all good on my driving lesson on Friday! Just worried about my blind spot checks as well as for the circuit, but they should be fine I believe! Ahh so its good to take a rest afterall! So maybe I broke my record today for having so many appointments, not sure if all of them will be meeting up, but having a chance is better than none! Let's just hope for the best for my commission!

7 what? 7 to what? 7 days! Counting down to my license date! Hopefully its something to remember, license date rather than just test date!! So before I turned 18, I was counting down to my birthday so that I can go apply for my license! But it didn't work, so I stopped counting before my birthday reached hahaha Even if I were to count all the way till my birthday, I didn't have any time then to apply for my license, just counting down to the date where I'm legally able to get license, not legally able to drive! Hopefully my this countdown will be worth it when I really go for the test on the actual date! Need to be extra careful when I go for my test! So today, I went for my first ever circuit lesson. So its also my first time doing parking with this car, its quite good to begin with I believe, parking is all good. The same goes for driving through the courses, even though those were with the aid of my driving instructor. Hopefully during my next driving circuit lesson, my instructor will stop guiding me through the bends and I can know my actual skills, whether I'm capable of doing the test. But then again, my next circuit lesson will just be right before my test, I wouldn't have the time to improve even if I don't do well in my practice. Don't have a choice... Just hope for the best I think! It shouldn't be too hard or too difficult as long as I go slow and be more careful!

Guess what W means? W means work, sadly. Ahhh it feels really uncomfortable after having a break for an entire week, then starting work again. Just no feel to work and almost forgot my script! But I have more luck after CNY in booking appointments, since many would be more free after CNY, so they can't give the excuse of calling after CNY! Personally, I do feel more free and relaxed not just after CNY, but also after Valentine's day hahaha it just means one more load off my shoulders after I'm done with the preparation for V day hahaha Well the next big thing that is coming up is definitely going to be my driving license. I'm quite worried/excited about my circuit lesson tomorrow, I hope that its not difficult and I can drive through it well without any problems. I suppose so, but looking at many aunties who are able to get their license! Even though these aunties may not be able to drive well, they still manage to get their license, no more kopi license here at this time and age! But to think about it again, the aunties could have gotten their license before the circuit scheme actually came out... Well, to explain the kopi license, kopi actually means coffee, so the license is to put it simply, paid with coffee money, which is like bribery, and most of us relates to Malaysia! Can't call them a land of corruption, but many hearsays about coffee money going round Malaysia for traffic offences is widely known. That could probably be few years back, not exactly sure about the situation, never experienced any sort situation either! Let's just leave them as hearsays! Life goes on!!

Happy Valentine's Day! Thanks for giving me the letter, just had time to read through it <3 So for today, its quite common to see people holding roses outside. Even though I didn't get you any flowers, hope you had fun today with me :x So for this flower issue, I feel that its very common for many shops to mark up their prices in view of V day, so as to maximise their profits. So many people are actually looking forward to receiving flowers on this very special day in the year, so much so that it becomes a 'necessity' and many will pay much higher prices in order to get one (not me oh well:x) So of course, girls who received flowers will feel happy because ______ (I really don't know...) How do I put it? Anyone can receive flowers on any day, usually special occasions like maybe birthdays. But people are going to expect flowers today. But why?! Has it become a 'tradition'? That people will feel much happier receiving flowers today? Or is it that my boyfriend bought flowers for me today, he put in more effort. I just feel that present and flowers should be of equal importance even for Valentine's Day, afterall, presents can last much longer than flowers do (depends on what present too). The expectation of flower from someone on this special day is really weird. Maybe there's some explanation behind this entire thing, I ought to find some explanation online hahaha Still, happy V day everyone!

Its a Saturday that I started off with an hour of driving lesson, this time is really an hour of driving lesson! So today I met my new instructor who is going to teach me circuit, he's a Chinese uncle in his 60s or maybe 70s. He actually reached the pickup point earlier than the start time of the driving lesson and ended the lesson almost on time! Yeah so he's aware of the dozy instructor that I had, doing a bad job, with many students complaining about wanting to get a change of an instructor. So he actually told me that that instructor's boss is aware of his unprofessionalism and says he's going to charge him $50 for every time that a student run away from him hahaha That $50 is probably the registration fee that a student has to pay when he 'enrol' in the driving school. So this instructor is really nice and corrects me for my mistakes (that the previous instructor has failed to point out for so many lessons), so I get to improve, I'm having a few more lessons with him but that's actually good, compared to my previous unproductive lessons!! I'll recommend this instructor much much more than the other instructor I had!! Still, hope that I can pass my TP in 10 days time!

Pimple!

TGIF! Its a Friday! So of course, went out with love for dinner ^^ Recently I have this between my eyebrows which is so annoying! The pimple is quite big in size and is quite painful if I were to touch it or press on it. What annoys me most is that when I'm pushing my glasses up, I keep accidentally touching the pimple which is painful! Getting so annoyed with it! After bathing, water keeps dripping from my hair even though I've wiped dry my hair, not sure if its because my fringe is longer than any other part, so after the haircut, I feel more hair dripping down. But, I'm too lazy to go and blow dry my hair, so just hope that they dry up soon by the wind! Good news now, tomorrow I'll be meeting with my new instructor, where I can practice the car that I will actually be using for my test, its real good news! Since I've been waiting for my license for so many years, I have high expectations of myself, always wanted to pass on my first try! Need to get used to this car and practice well! After my license, off we go around Singapore to eat!! Even though we could travel by public transport, it just seems expensive to travel to different places in a day while we're paying the adult fare now. With my license, we will be able to travel to more places and walk lesser (lazy) but its really more convenient! Let's hope for the best!!

Yet another day

Haven't been looking at how time passes so quickly for the past few days, looking at today do I only realise that time actually past quickly again. I think I've mentioned about how time passes quickly when we are looking at what has happened and not what's going to be coming up. Probably it also depends on how much I've achieved per day to determine whether the day has been wasted or not. So for today, I didn't really do much. I started my day rather early, went for a driving lesson, then went home, use the computer and went out for lunch and dinner. Didn't seem like I actually did achieve anything for the entire day. Just seems so wasted for today. Less than two months before my enlistment and I just hope that the days inside will pass quickly and get out of the place soon. Can't imagine spending so much of my time inside another island. Its the same country, but I believe it will feel so much more isolated compared to home. I hate the feeling of isolation, it will make me feel overwhelmed, depends on how I look at things too I believe. If I were to be in an enclosed area, like a really small room with four walls, no interaction with the 'outside' (of the room), I will really feel overwhelmed by the forces (even though there's no real forces acting). The same applies if I were to be stuck in the back of a van with no windows, it just feel uncomfortable. I doubt this has any relation to any artistic representation coming from inside of me? Hahaha and thats why I can't stand it when I'm in the lower storey of my house (where the main door is) and the door is closed. When the door is closed, there's no air flow, then again I will feel isolated. Thats why my windows are always open when I'm in my room, unless there's heavy rain thats gonna splash in. Keep your windows and doors open!

So the title actually suggests third day of the month in Chinese, so in this case, this third day is the third day of the first month, which is third day of Chinese New Year! Chinese New Year actually spans across fifteen days, there's still a rather long way to go haha Hopefully for this new year, I'm actually blessed with good luck and will be able to get my license on the fifteenth day! So tomorrow I have a driving lesson with my dozy instructor (sounds nicer right), just boring and waste of money. But its been two weeks since I last really practiced driving for almost two hours straight, so its a good time for me to recap too. But this week I will also have another lesson on Saturday too, with a new driving instructor (yay?) I hope its a yay! Have to see how the new instructor is like before I can really decide whether to really be happy hahaha Some people think that a week starts on Monday, because work and school usually start on Monday. But for me, I don't feel so, my week actually starts on a Sunday, its always a Sunday! Calender often show that from Sunday to Saturday, which also explains why Sundays and Saturdays are called weekENDs. They are the ends of the week!!! Some may argue that the week goes MTWTFSS, the SS are the ends of the week... Well idk, whats your take?

So today is the second day of CNY and there's one very funny thing I witnessed today hahaha So my eldest cousin, brought his girlfriend to my grandpa's house today. However, his girlfriend is not Chinese so she cannot understand mandarin. So that cousin's mum told him to introduce my aunts (apparently I have quite a few) to her so that she won't be bored. So my eldest aunt went over to give her a red packet. Then his mum said, this one is "Big Auntie". That's such a literal translation... In Chinese, we call the eldest aunt, 大姨, literally big auntie. Then I was thinking... So the youngest aunt, who we call 小姨, will just be called "Small Auntie"..? Then what about 二姨 (second aunt), literally translated to "Two Auntie" and so on hahaha Some things just cannot be translated from Chinese to English so literally!!! But still, it was a really good laugh hahaha So in the start of the day, I played a few rounds of Bingo, where I won about $30. But throughout the day, as I play more and more games, that $30 just went down and down to $0. So for the day, I didn't make any money at all.. Oh well at least I didn't lose any money hahaha

Happy New Year!

Happy new year to everyone! So today is the first day of Chinese New Year, went to a few places (2) to get angpaos hahaha I feel like each year I'm going to lesser and lesser places, when my grandparents were around, there were even people coming over to my house to visit them, then I went to many houses too, don't want to go into the details of why we are going to lesser houses year on year. But still, maybe in future when we move out to our own houses, we will be going to more places to visit, like really more elders to visit! This year is still not a year where I get to drive to the various houses, but its okay, at least I'm getting closer and closer to getting my license! Its a bad decision to let people know that I'm getting my license soon, its nice to brag that OH I'M GETTING LICENSE FIRST but still, more people will be asking me out for supper hahaha Even though I may be going out more in future with more people at night, I'll still prioritise much much more time for my love <3 There will still be days that we just want to laze around at home and lepak (slack). Have yet to open my angpaos, don't seem to be that anxious compared to the years before hahaha But I'm going to open it soon!! Gong xi fa cai!

So just about twenty minutes more, its going to be a totally new year again! Yeah new year twice... So for the new year there are quite a few taboos, like what no sweeping the floor (considered sweeping away good luck) many many more. So I've just cleaned up my room and threw away a considerable amount of files, which I believe wouldn't be of use to me too. Seems like there are still stuffs in my room that needs to be cleared, but just don't have the time and effort to go keep them away. So the files are going to be thrown away in a minute or two (ya so last minute) but the clothes are still going to be in the house? Because we're going to leave them for donation so they can get a second chance. But the files? Quite hard for people to want them too, so just gonna throw away then.. Unless someone intends to pick them up somehow? Maybe not during this CNY period of course! Quite reluctant because some of the files are still quite new and feel bad to just throw them away like this. But ahh they are really of no use, so just let them go! Then again, my room still needs some packing in case there are people coming to view the house after CNY, but yeah thats after CNY, so I have more time to clean and hide everything of course! Well well lets count down to CNY soon and prepare for the fatty new year!

So today is a Saturday spent with my love ^^ Ate some food and watched the second movie of Pitch Perfect! Actually I'm not a very movie person but I feel that movies are nice hahaha They are time consuming but I always have no idea what movie to watch next, but most of the movies that I watch are enriching? I feel that watching movies allow me to be able to engage better with others? If they mention about a particular movie, at least I know what the story is about hahaha Whenever people asked if I have watched a particular movie (which could be quite famous) and I didn't even heard of it before, it makes me look like a country bumpkin (is this word used in other countries?) So maybe I can catch some movies while I'm free, impossible to watch finish all though hahaha Shall pick out some to watch! Hopefully tomorrow will be a longer day for me, get to do more stuff other than sleeping hahaha

Boom another week has passed and CNY is coming! So had a half day of work today and another half day being a boyfriend ^^ It was a nice budget date at home after quite a while haha Soon we'll all be free for like one month or so to really enjoy and relax!! By then CNY will be over too... So had a haircut today just in time before CNY. Thought that I wouldn't have the time since I'm working and maybe my barber auntie doesn't open tomorrow, but she's actually working tomorrow. Doesn't matter, at least I had my haircut today! Remember my secondary school days where my hair got caught day after day... So here's how it went. I went to cut my hair before the first day of school, so that I won't get caught for my hair. But the first day, I was actually caught for having long hair. I had over the weekend to cut my hair. Since I just cut my hair, of course I wasn't willing and didn't cut in the end. When I went back to school, my teacher said that even though I cut my hair, but its still long. Then I was like okay... And so I did went to trim a little haha Okay afterall the story is not very funny, just interesting how the teacher assumed I did cut my hair.. Then before CNY, she did ask me to cut my hair too, saying that some people use the excuse that its unlucky to cut hair during CNY for the entire 15 days.. I didn't know that. But still, I didn't cut before CNY hahaha Why keep catching people's hair in school!!!  It doesn't make sense haha

I need to start working out soon in order for my training to be easier when I'm enlisted hahaha So workout mostly comes with sweat. Today I sweat quite a lot while doing my work(in) well... Workout means work outside, work(in) means work inside (the house)...? So I painted the wall as my work today, climbing up and down to look at whether the paint is even (this is not required I'm just taking a break from painting). So I just kept painting, for a few hours I believe, so the paint is like more or less [less] done, but still need touches up, which my dad is currently doing. As my date for driving test draw closer, I need to start buying some stuff to do up the van (most likely make my dad pay for it) I still sound like a kid getting money from parents, but yeah, I'm still my parents' kid. Initially wanted to wrap the car, but thinking about it now, it could be quite tedious and may not end up nice. Maybe I'll do so when I have more budget and can afford a really nice wrap, or else I'll just stick with what I have now. Can probably do up the interior by buying more cushions? Haha and maybe some stuff toys! But feels so sad for the stuff toys being left in the vehicle facing the sun... We'll see how!

So I actually thought today was gonna be my last day of work for the week hahaha but maybe not, think I'll be getting a break tomorrow from work by relaxing at home and doing some stuffs, probably going to get back to work on Friday. On Friday, when I go back, I'll need to topup my ez-link card again since adult fare is so expensive, my $20 is going to be depleted soon.. Its good to not have work because it means that I can sleep longer hahaha But time is precious, so don't think I will be sleeping for too long... Its two months and a day before my enlistment hahaha time is actually running out quite quickly for me as a civilian holding a pink IC. So about this pink IC thing, every Singapore citizen will have an Identity Card (IC) that is pink, once they have reached a certain age. So when one enlist, he has to surrender his pink IC to exchange for another identity card called the 11B. The card is actually for full time national servicemen. Pink IC gone = not civilian anymore!!

So there's exactly three weeks to my TP test date and its less than two weeks to the V day! This V day is gonna be a special one spent with my very special person :x Every V day will actually be a special day as long as its been spent with this very special person :x But I'll soon be enlisted into the National Service, no idea whether I will be spending my next actual V days outside of camp!! Even if can't spend the actual day, we can still celebrate on other days, as long as the meaning is there its all good, blame the country for my service if need be!! Ahh tomorrow should be my last day of work for the week, and we can go out enjoy for two other days! At least I'm currently recovering from my sickness, good discipline is required to eat food that are not heaty that will cause my sickness to worsen. Its all good for thursday's good meal!!!

So today I started my half day of work with a rushed lunch. I was rather late and didn't have time for lunch so I just went to grab Subway. After getting the receipt, the staff told me that I can get a cookie now by doing the survey haha I think thats because she recognised that I did claim a cookie the other time. Even though I was a little sick, how can I say no to cookie right? Well just do it! So I did and got my cookie! They were actually quite happy that I do the survey for them in exchange for my cookie. So here's the story. Few years ago, I was in Secondary School and we often went to this same outlet after school to study. We gather as many receipts as possible to do survey in order to get free cookie. So sometimes, we didn't buy any food and just rely on the survey for cookies hahaha We would take receipts that other customers left behind, well who take their receipt with them when they go off right? Then we would get our cookie at one go, like three or four of them? Hahaha then the staff of the store will be very pissed whenever we come to get free cookies hahaha He will demand that we show him the e-mail of the survey we did. So one day, I decoded the cookie code and forged an e-mail. I sent the e-mail to myself and edited the code. When I went to claim my cookie, the staff wanted to see my phone!!! So he took and zoomed in and out, scrolled a little. I WAS THAT CLOSE TO GET FIGURED OUT that I was cheating hahaha From then on, I did the traditional way of doing the survey and never cheated again hahaha
