Hello world!

Writing a blog post up late in the night on the last day of January! It was an early reunion dinner before the CNY. Well just like the usual CNY dinner, "Another year has passed" was definitely mentioned haha It seems like the year has passed but not that quickly afterall, it wasn't an easy year hahaha But I'm thinking the year of 2016 will bring me more luck? Even though my academic year has been over but time still seems to be running short for me hahaha Probably because I have work, and took up some of my time to do other stuff, need more time management and planning for my days in order for everything to go on smoothly for me. Well I think that my Chinese zodiac for me in the coming lunar new year seems to be quite a lucky and good year? Thats good right for me afterall hahaha Hopefully I'm just as lucky and will recover from my minor sickness by CNY!

Hello world!

Its a Saturday spent at home, just went out for lunch and dinner and back here sitting infront of my computer again, and I got a new car camera too! So I'm like getting back the hang of coding even though I'm not a professional in it at all hahaha What I basically do in the past is editing the scripts of NPC in MapleStory private servers. Didn't really learn from anyone and just infer based on scripts written and learn along the way. So I look at what some NPCs do and edit accordingly to what I want, its just looking at the codes to see how they work, not that difficult? Haha And the other type of coding that I do is actually HTML? I didn't learn too, just look at blog skins and edit accordingly too! But today, the coding that I'm actually doing is quite weird, I expected it to be quite similar to what I did in the past, but actually no. I didn't really have a good script for me to work on, the script given is too short and lacks the actions I need. This script is gonna take long hahaha But its okay, I actually have like two weeks to work on it, so no worries! Not going to reveal anything about the story of what I'm intending to write! I'll just be writing and thinking along the way, hopefully in the end, I can get a perfect story!!

So today is Friday and its also payday! So all in all its actually a good day! Not good firday though, but good friday yeah... Well its getting quite late now and just writing this post before I'm actually going to bathe and sums up my day soon! My ulcer getting so painful, need to call with my ulcer and just trying to not hurt it everytime I speak.. Hopefully will recover soon and I don't have to bear this pain anymore!! Can try using the ulcer cream or something that I have later? Drinking more water will help I guess.. More sleep too! Getting such oily face recently, usually not so oily leh Ahhh yawns getting so tired today!! Gonna dive in my bed soon!! Payday and going out to eat was good <3

Hello!

Its a thursday but not a working day for me, cleaned up some stuffs at home, went for driving lessons, soon I'll need to paint my house too since the paint is rather messed up and uneven. Chinese New Year is round the corner, need to refurbish the house a little to welcome some guests since this could be my last CNY that I'm spending with this house! Need to clear up some stuffs like get some boxes from IKEA to cover up the things I have to make the house look more presentable. The boxes could also help when I'm actually going to move my house, since its easier to move them boxes by boxes! Now I'm wondering whether we'll need to get a lorry or something when we're actually moving the house, since the Kangoo that we have is rather small and can't really carry much. Even though the new house is just two streets away, oh well still need a larger vehicle like maybe a lorry to transport. When the time comes, we'll find our own way to do it hahaha Having a courier job seems good also, helping people transport stuff and get paid for doing it. Driving around the small country wouldn't use up too much fuel and should be enjoyable? Hahahaha but I think I will be tired of driving someday soon even though I still love cars as much!! The thought of being a taxi driver and driving all day just scares me... What a boring job.

Hello!!

Should I actually be happy that I'm not working tomorrow? Hahahaha ever since I work I realised that I have actually been using this word 'actually' way too much! I don't know how I did it but I just keep using this word over and over again when I'm talking hahaha I'm trying to not use that word so much in this blog post!! The title is W is actually because I saw a letter W on some Mercedes-Benz in town (or rather in front of my work place) yesterday. So I was actually curious and actually searched on a website that I always do to find out whether this cars are actually private cars or not. So I found out that they are actually registered under the category of Private Hire? Which means that these cars actually have drivers or rather chauffeurs. So they may actually belong to a company that does car rental or rather limousine service? Hahaha I'm too lazy to find out about the company. But I have came to a conclusion, I can actually remove all the 'actually' from my sentences and the sentences will still be complete!! Damn... Waste of an additional word!!

Hello everyone!

Its getting more and more tiring and boring whenever I step into my workplace, things are like more or less the same throughout the day, so I just keep repeating and repeating the same thing over and over again... So actually I've already gotten used to what are the things that I actually need to say and don't need my script anymore. People ask questions that are the same, I explain things that are the same, and it just keep going on... Maybe in future when I go NS, I will regret not having more fun before enlistment?! But that could hardly be the case, since no work = no money = no fun hahaha I can just sleep all day long if I'm actually not working, its a waste of time too, not knowing what to do throughout the days. Afterall, it may not be that bad to actually have something to do even though its a boring thing to do. But at least, I still have two of my JC friends who are actually working in the same workplace as me. Thinking about JC just reminds me of how results are coming out soon and I actually need to start thinking about what I need to do next time, scholarships? Which should I get? I keep asking this question over and over again on my blog too, but I'm still at a loss hahaha can tell what type of person I am... But actually I make strong decisions too!!!

Hello!

Today is a day out on a Monday, no work, but going to start again tomorrow till Friday for four days! Its okay, seeing it as a source of income, don't think about the work too much and it will be over soon I hope!! Starting to love my bed so much more, not sure if I'm actually being lazy or just becoming old. I will definitely miss my own bed in the months to come when I'm in army. Time seems to pass rather quickly as JC ended so soon, but I doubt it will be the case for my army life... Then after that, I will be moving on to uni, really wonder how the life is like in uni too. After uni? The life as an adult should be just boring, so its actually best to strive to earn lots of money before turning old so that there's lots of time to enjoy life. Slogging the whole life actually doesn't seem feasible, but could be required in order to survive and enjoy, what a sad way to live a life.. This story seems to be so sad, but life should actually be more fun!! More fun post will come soon hahaha

Hello world!

Its a date out on a Sunday! So usually I don't go on dates on Sunday because its actually a rest day? But today we actually went to an art exhibition, Art Stage 2016. It was a little expensive for a teenager like me.. But soon, I won't be a teenager anymore, thats sad... Its like the stuck in between really.. Graduated from school, haven't started work or NS, not considered a child anymore, paying adult fare for everything... Can't travel anywhere because everything is expensive and I'm not being paid like a working adult yet, so just have to suck it up and spend large portions of my money on things... I think this month is actually a month where I actually spent quite a lot of (my parent's) money, because of driving lessons alone that cost a bomb... Still wondering when my instructor's boss will actually help me book for my traffic police test (Soon I hope). Get it all over and done with and I want my license hahaha. So actually I'll be doing my test at Bukit Batok Driving Centre under a private candidate. There are actually 7 parts for the driving test (Traffic Police Test) as explained by my driving instructor. Vertical parking, parallel parking, slope, directional change, S-course, crank course and emergency brake. Of course, it consists of circuit as well as road. I believe most will be done in the circuit, since the road is enclosed to outside traffic, except for slope and maybe emergency braking. Never really had a practice on emergency braking, but I guess it should be fine? Just a test of reaction time I believe... More information will be available after I go for my test!!

Hello everyone!

So this is technically the second blog post of the day because last night or rather this morning there was already one post. Not sure what to talk about in this post so just gonna write about something that I came across today on some forums? So here's the thing. In Singapore, it is actually illegal for you to tamper the odometer of the car, which actually shows the mileage. This is actually quite logical as its actually used to show how old the car actually is, whether its been use a lot since it was 'born'. Then it makes me wonder, how many companies actually tamper the odometer and sell cars that are not as new as they promised? So buying a used car is actually quite dangerous if companies actually do this. And this probably gives me another excuse of only wanting to get new cars?! But I still cannot afford even the cheapest car... Looking forward to the day I get my license, then following which, will be the day I buy my car too!

Hello everyone!

Ahh missed one day of blog because I was gaming and its actually slightly past twelve. Actually when you are hungry, any food is nice. When you are thirsty, any drink is nice, even when I'm drinking plain water now. Anything is good! Just like when you're hot, even fan is good. I can't think of anything else, probably because I'm too tired now hahaha Not sure why I get tired so easily at this timing, maybe I was always like this, but I still managed to make it through JC back then! I think I have the habit of waking up early, I just can't sleep till too late, it doesn't feel right hahaha And probably thats the reason why I can't stay up till so late, maybe ageing is another issue! So this may actually be good for me when I enter NS? I need to wake up early, so I don't really have to worry about it, they wouldn't ask me to sleep too late too, unless there's some ongoing exercise? Oh well, no much info about what will be going on inside, lets just see how things go about.. Just like my Math teacher in JC, I take one step at a time hahaha My math teacher actually said that he is not someone who look ahead, he takes one step at a time (literally translated from Chinese: 走一步看一步) hahaha Its not a personality thing, its a lazy thing. But lazy is a personality!!

Hello world!

Today is not the usual thursday!! Since I get to work from home and not need to go all the way to the office hahaha I can finally get some break off my ear beside the telephone for hours! It wasn't a bad experience doing excel but it was really tiring, just hope I can sleep and stop doing, but well, money is important, I need to finish them up! Just going to take some time to finish up all the stuffs before I go for my driving lesson tomorrow. Just feel like driving lessons these days are quite a waste of money as well as time, since I don't learn much just drive here and there. Probably more practices for me, but I feel that its not that useful for the money spent... I just want to go for more circuit lessons which are more expensive, but most likely more useful, since I'll actually be doing new things instead of repeating over and over again those normal road driving... Hope I'll be able to cancel my lessons hahaha, but if I cancel and I don't pass, idk how to face my instructor next time when I have to retake, I just want to pass on my first try!! It has always been a dream for quite a long time, since I was young, to pass on my first try hahaha

Hello everyone!

So actually today is the day where the results for the second round of COE (Certificate of Entitlement) bidding result is out. Not sure whether I've mentioned about this before.. So in Singapore, you actually need a certificate, which is a piece of paper, in order for you to be able to drive your car on the roads, this is to reduce the number of cars. So its actually based on demand and supply, to determine the amount you pay for that piece of paper. So when the demand increases, the demand curve shifts to the right, this will result in a shortage, leading to an upward pressure on price. The price of the piece of paper will rise, ceteris paribus. And this month, is actually the month where my dad has to actually renew the piece of paper for his van, so that I'll be able to drive in the time to come. So he actually is going to fork out about $22k in order for the van to be able to be driven for another 5 years. The $22k is actually equivalent to a small sedan car you can actually get in another country, that's actually a lot. But here my dad is, paying that sum to keep a 10 year old minivan on the road for another 5 years, its really extreme... To get a new car, you'll actually be paying much much more, as the government claims that cars should actually be considered a luxury good here (maybe they didn't say it out explicitly, but that's the whole idea of what they mean)... Its rather sad that not every family actually get to own a vehicle here, too bad? Get used to it? Maybe I can't hahaha Its hard to convince a car lover to actually give up wanting to own a car, so.... I'll just have to earn more money in order to fulfil my wish!!!!

Hello everyone!

I'm back again after going through my 6th driving lesson. Apparently I need to go for at least 10 lessons before I will be able to book my driving test, but its just so money-wasting since the lessons are not cheap and I don't learn much from them. I just hope I can get my license soon. I wonder how's the system like in other countries. In Singapore, to obtain a license, you need to go for a serious driving test, not that usual oh you can drive, here's your license. You have the circuit part here, followed by parking and everything, then go on to driving on the road, testing all your safety checks and what not. Demerit points are given for each mistake, when you fall above 20 demerit points or some immediate failure, there you go, you've officially wasted $300 SGD on a failed test. $300 could probably be just what you need to get a license in another country... Luckily for me, I chose the private route, which could save me more money compared to taking it from a school. But end of the day, I'm still not aware of how much money I will end up spending.. Can't say anything since I haven't passed my driving test... Let's hope the things that I learn will be helpful during the test itself and I won't screw up shit!!

So I'm back with the Sundae joke, its actually not that funny hahaha I think she has heard it before, but she's asking me about it now, so.... It actually happened in primary school when I was in a McDonald's outlet. So there were a few indian kids talking to the indian cashier / manager about wanting to get a sundae. Then the manager was like no no no, no sunday, today friday, no sunday. Then the kids were laughing and like no sundae!!! Okay whatever its not very funny afterall.. Its just that looking at them talking seems funny like how the indian manager tease the kids hahahaha Primary school passed by so quickly, growing up is no joke.. The monetary issues start to come in and I hope I won't be struggling without money when I grow up, study hard, earn money. Scholarship? Still unsure of what I want to do.. Seems like its about time that I actually decide, but oh well... That was the same thing that happened after secondary school? Look at results before deciding, just hope that my results this time round wouldn't disappoint me due to my high expectations... Driving lesson shifted forward to tomorrow, hopefully I won't waste another sum of money on a lesson that has no outcome hahaha I WANT MY DRIVING LICENSE!!!

Oh my actually time flies, my weekend is over!!! Just like the feeling in JC, where weekends pass so quickly, and me always rushing my homework on the second day of the weekend (Sunday)... Now I'm actually rushing for my work hahaha So in JC, I dread Mondays because I have to go back to school and study for five days!! Now that I've graduated, I actually dread going to work hahaha since it means I have to work for five days!!!! But aiya actually I get to earn money when I work, so no choice lo, for that $50+ everyday, I'm gonna do it. Its not that bad actually, in the past, people earn way lesser, so its good to be educated (or rather to be able to speak English even though I may not be that fluent *coughs*) I'm like earning money using my brain (lesser and lesser actually). Since the more I get used to it, the lesser I have to rely on my brain, the questions are basically more or less the same, so just answer accordingly. I'm starting to not need my script anymore because they are all registered in my head. But then I can erase memories quite quickly, just click on the trash button and they're all gone hahaha Actually I don't get how people online can actually get mixed up between they're and their To me its quite common-sensical, gonna stop here hahaha watching video, idk what it is, just watching seems funny haha

So actually Chinese New Year is coming soon, not sure if I've ever mentioned anywhere that I'm actually Chinese, which is like a big big occasion for many chinese, could be even bigger than the actual New Year. New Year actually just marks another year, we just add one more number to the end of the year and that's about it.. But Chinese New Year that's when we actually receive red packets with money inside!! But if you are actually married, then you'll be giving away red packets hahaha So this is actually one day where we get to meet our relatives that we usually don't, so its a good time to catch up? Most of the times its actually our parents who are catching up with their uncles and aunties, as well as their not-so-close relatives. Talk about some work stuffs and how one year passed so quickly again, and how everyone is actually getting older hahaha Then the aunties and uncles will say that I am grown up already, remember that we (my brothers and I) used to be so young and small hahaha Its actually also a time where I get to talk to my brothers? Most of the time both of them are just sitting in their rooms and playing their games, doing their own stuffs, guess I'm like the only one who actually still go out with my parents to eat lunch and dinner everyday hahaha They are just too lazy, and probably I just like to sit in cars, better still, drive! Soon I will be able to drive legally, but I guess its not possible to do so before CNY already, because the earliest possible date now is actually one working day before CNY, but I still haven't go for my next lesson, which is on Wednesday. Every lesson, I look forward to learning everything needed for the test so I can say goodbye to the driving instructor!!! The day will come soon....

Indeed today was a very very long day! Actually worked in the morning and got some money from my pay, so since its pay day, I FEAST! Bad mindset! But just hope I don't end up poor too quickly so I can still get to enjoy a bit hahaha So other than today, I'm just going to revert back to my original portion of eating - less but full - thats it! So I'm probably gonna do some work at home tomorrow since its Saturday, before I finally enjoy my Sunday by playing games! If I can actually do quite a bit of work tomorrow, I can earn quite a bit of money haha, but I need my rest too, and probably need some driving practices before I go for my next lesson! Its just so that my driving lessons will be more productive since I will be more skillful lo Lets just talk about some random topics. So some time of the year, the temperature at night actually feels quite warm, I feel that today is rather warm. I actually don't turn on the air-con in my room, because I haven't got any... So for the past 18 years of my life, I have actually been sleeping in rooms without air-con, except in my parents room occasionally when I was younger.. Now I don't know how I'm going to bear with this hot temperature, but still gonna do it anyway haha Then also not sure when I'm gonna finally revive my iPod Touch, since its really really old and only use it for my alarm clock, its losing its use and value!! Later when I jump in my bed I'm probably just gonna fall asleep despite the hot temperature!

Tomorrow is Friday!!! Its the last day of work of the week and its actually my payday!! Its actually the day that I'm going to feel rich again for a while hahaha So I can actually go get us a nice meal and just chill for a while, before starting my job again next week along with two driving lessons, hopefully will kick off and be ready for my TP test!! Just hope so hahaha since I've been waiting for this license for so long, but just don't want to fail! So actually this job is getting quite boring because I just call and call, but of course you get what you give la since I'm getting a $9/hr job, I shouldn't expect that I don't do much and get such a high paying job for a part-timer.. No choice, I just have to work for my money, hopefully I can fix more deals and get more $50 addition to my salary!! So actually supposed to have a potential meeting today, maybe can sign contract one, but this morning heard that it was actually cancelled last minute yesterday.. But oh well, maybe its just not meant to be, might as well cancel than waste time having the meeting but no contract signed! Maybe next time I hope!!! TGIF TOMORROW!

Hello world!

Its actually halfway through the week and I'm finished with my Wednesday work! Feel so tired everyday after work, since I just keep calling on and on, tiring!!! But at least I'm paid to do my work, and paid fairly well haha So actually today my performance has improved I guess? I got like quite a few appointments made within the day and have some that I feel has potential to get the contract signed!! Of course, my boss said what I'm doing now is good, and that I've improved... It's biased!!! She judge based on the number of appointments I get lo but its actually not directly related!! It actually also depends on luck.. If the people I call happen to be those who are interested, then I have a higher chance to succeed of course haha But actually I also feel that I did improve la, in a way.. Ever since I cut down on saying things and don't say the wrong things, I'll be able to book an appointment, but end of the day, its still best that the appointments that I actually book, can have contracts that are signed, for my $50 commission!! Let's hope tomorrow and Friday will be a better day (more appointments!!!)

So actually I'm getting more and more page views? But it's not actually a lot actually... Just wondering whether the people who view my blog are come and go or are people who come and read my blog everyday haha But I can be sure that there's someone who is a very frequent visitor of my blog! <3 Been doing work day in day out and getting so tired with my work!! The constant calling to companies make me so tired D: Not sure whether I did book any appointment for today, but probably none of them are significant... One told me to do my homework before calling (because she had insufficient staffs to embark on this programme), which obviously I need to call them in order to find out? She didn't even list her total number of staff to the whole world to know right? The total number of staff in the company, usually people wouldn't disclose to the public what, why would you want the whole world to know how many people are there in your company? Maybe some people just like to scold others, it makes them feel better... But some just joke around and that's fine haha, more relaxed chatting but apparently its a waste of time to my boss... Every second is money what. Ahh when the boss is not around its easier for me to talk I guess? But I think my productivity could fall by a bit? I just need to work hard to do my job well and that should be fine!

Frozen Hero

I'm back in MapleSEA after so many years, so now I'm considered a Frozen Hero. Apparently they have this HOT and COLD thing. If you're COLD, it means that you were an inactive player. Yeah so obviously, I'm a cold player. I was so cold that I'm now frozen... Yeah Frozen is a nice movie to catch haha Disney movies always have nice endings, seems like a fairytale for the kids. But when the kids grow up, they realise that fairytales are not true!!! Its really good to be young, because you get subsidised transport fees. Going around Singapore will take you $0.59 cents because they subsidised the children. But now... Travelling to work took me like close to $2... Its so expensive that I have to keep topping up money into my card, thats so sad... I'm getting so poor since I haven't gotten my salary yet... Hopefully I can get salary at the end of this month and become a rich guy again hahaha

Hello world!

Ahhh my face feels so oily whenever its the end of the day.. So today is a Sunday and tomorrow will be the first day of school for all those moving on to JC2. I started this blog before I graduated from JC, so I was still a JC student when I started this blog haha Time flies, and I'm no longer a JC student anymore.. Quite sad for those who have to start school tomorrow and feel that the year is going to zoom by real quick. Before they know it, A levels started. So all the best to those who are gonna start school! And then weeks later, it'll be Chinese New Year and I'll be happily eating all the food I can find in everyone's house. So I need to do some workout before CNY arrives or else I'm really gone!! I'm actually supposed to do some push ups now but I didn't do any... I'm gonna do some later on before I go bathe with my oily face! Didn't do much work today so didn't earn much money hahaha Shall start work soon tomorrow and earn more money to spend!!! Tomorrow will be my 5th driving lesson, hope it's all good, I personally believe I need more lessons, gonna get more lessons so that I'll be ready for my driving test!!!

Back at home!

Hello world!

After a long boring Saturday, I'm finally back at home, very full, sitting infront of my computer. So I was doing this telemarketing job last week (for a day) and also doing every now and then at home. Of course, the job at home doesn't require me to call up people, but rather to find information of companies and update it in the excel file. So since I'm being paid the same price as for the telemarketer job, I think its quite good money ($9/hr). And this comes to the point of people working at McDonald's. Few years back, the salary at McDonald's was $4.50/hr. I'm not sure about the pay system now. But $4.50/hr... That's very very low, why would anyone want to take up this job? I really wonder... Even though $9/hr seems a little bit less for a working adult, I'm just a student doing part-time, so the sum should be considered quite well paid haha Oh and I'm not a student anymore!!! Maybe for now lah, after my service to the nation, I'll be back as a student again... So I went to Polytechnic open house yesterday, and being an 18 year old, I saw many 16 year olds going around the school, they just feel so small... Not sure if the 2 years in JC made me more matured or something, it just feels different, or maybe we are the same? So I was posing as a 16 year old and told the student helpers there that I was from my former secondary school, there was a little surprised expression on her face, not sure if it is that I don't look 16... I guess its good? At least I look more matured maybe hahaha Then we caught a movie at night, Regression, and the moral of the story is that the evil doesn't exist, we made it up. Actually no... It's more like hypnosis might not be exactly real in some cases? Where the person was fed with information about how the past should actually be. Oh well, the movie was not bad I guess... Later on shall do some work and earn some more money, and even more money tomorrow!

Hello world!

In order to show that I'm not lazy but a little forgetful, with some reminders, I shall do a post today! Sorry for not posting for quite awhile, honestly I really really forgot about this blog because I haven't touch for awhile. I shall make an effort to remember to write a blog post whenever I have the time and not laze around! So there's this Neko Atsume game that I have been playing for quite some time. Recently, I came across a video made by a Facebook user, I can't remember his name. So he had quite a few funny videos, he's from Viet if I didn't remember wrongly. So they showed two groups of 3 people walking towards each other, like going to fight. Then, they suddenly stopped. And they played the Neko Atsume song, then both of the groups starting shaking their bodies along with the music. They way the shake is so hilarious, I just can't get it off my mind. Everytime I open the game and the song plays, it reminded me of the scene hahaha I just cannot take it. If I can find the video link I will post it here haha Okay so I did share it on my Facebook timeline, so I shall embed the video here for all of you to enjoy hahaha Have fun!

2016!!

Hello world!

Its the start of a new year again, 2016! So I actually came across a post previously about how it would be like in the first few months of a new year, where people write 2015 and change the 5 to the 6 by tracing over it because we can't get used to it. Actually it happened to me quite a lot of times in the past whenever I was in school, but I don't think this will happen anymore this year, since I don't have to study anymore!! I started off writing this post too late and by the time I complete, it won't be the first day of 2016 anymore.. Maybe it will still be in the timezone of another country, but it won't be the same here.. Its a start of the new year but this year, I already made her angry due to my laziness and bad attitude where I didn't care much.. Actually I think I'm becoming more and more lazy along the way and not caring about anything for quite awhile.. Its actually a really bad move of me, probably after leaving school. I just stopped thinking about many things and just continue to live my life as the days goes by, making choices only when I really really have to. I'm not sure whether its really me just being lazy or that my memory is failing me. I can be in the bathroom, thinking about what I want to do later, reminding myself of what I should do. But the moment I step out of the bathroom, I can't even remember myself having wanting to do something before that. I wonder if its because of me being too lazy, being too dependent on technology, or that my memory is failing me. I hope it isn't because of my memory, this is actually getting real bad. So for this year, I'm going to make an effort to rest for longer hours and really think ahead of time and be more prepared of the days to come, rather than what I've been doing for the past year. Last year, I can say that I was really busy preparing for school work that I really didn't have much time to think seriously about other stuffs. But this year, at least for now, I am really quite free and should do more for the time being. I don't want to upset anyone anymore this year, especially her... Even though things were going smoothly, I shouldn't take them for granted and make her accept my laziness, I should really put in more effort instead.
