Today is the new year's eve eve and spent the day out with love ^^ So for Chinese New Year, we will wear new clothes when we go for house visits, but this doesn't seem like the case for New Year. I wonder why this is so haha maybe we value Chinese New Year much more than New Year. For New Year, the only difference is the year, thats all! Okay is that a big thing? But for CNY, we get red packets with money inside!! Which makes CNY so much more valued. Okay thats bullshit hahah time to watch Friends!

2 days!

Enjoying my 2 days worth of leave and also 2 days to go before we reach 2017! Every year, we would have problems writing the date correctly because its a new year. I think it has happened to me for many many years already ever since I was primary one. Until this year, where I don't have to write dates anymore. I still remember how in primary school, we always have to write the date in the top right hand corner in the exercise book that we are doing our exercises. I still remember going to school in primary one, totally new school, totally new uniform, everything was new. Worriedly, went to school, I think still have a picture of me wearing my primary school uniform for the very first time, somewhere in a photo album in my house haha It was 2004 I think. That was like almost 13 years ago. I guess I didn't really change. Every time I go to a new surrounding alone, I would feel worried. Or maybe this is just how people should feel all the time hahaha I think I'll feel this way even when I go to work next time. It will always take me a while to get used to the people around and finding the people that I'll be closer to. Well, as an introvert, I guess this is how things work out... Went out with love today from afternoon to evening! Friends cafe! Again! Well, this time we didn't buy any drinks, because the drinks are so expensive! The food is quite nice though I would say. We like the fries + mayonnaise + ketchup! Not sure how much of our New Years Resolution of 2016 have been completed haha

So a few years back, this 1111 thing was very popular, many people were making wishes when the time goes to 11:11. I wonder why haha I didn't really research about it, but I think I was also involved in making wishes at 1111. I don't think they came true though hahaha I'm actually very good at numbers, I remember numbers easily, but not other stuff, maybe I am born to be a mathematician! I feel that my English is becoming weaker and weaker each day, I keep having to correct my own typing, or maybe my English is just lousy to begin with! New year is coming, can't believe time passes so quickly. Maybe I just sleep too much and watch show too much in camp!

Christmas is over! I'm back here in camp already sadly... did I wish you all Merry Christmas? :x actually I don't remember.. Went out today with love and some friends to eat, and then shop for a little bit and then for dinner! Went to somewhere with nice food, but they don't sell the things that I want on weekends, or public holiday to be exact.. sadly I didn't get to eat my salted egg yolk burger!! And love didn't want to eat there, so too bad. Oh well..

Merry Christmas! Sorry I didn't get to post 'yesterday'! Like just three hours ago! Was out with a friend and his girlfriend from Malaysia and of course, love! And another friend, the Santa Pooh! Every year, this pooh will look forward to Christmas before thats his day! The other poohs? They have a lot to look forward to, some ear pyjamas, so they look forward to sleeping everyday! If I am a pooh, I'll definitely be wearing pyjamas haha So for today, I wore my 'pyjamas' out, and I carried this pooh around, I just look like I'm going to sleep anytime! Two days to Christmas! I'm back at home! Christmas is a good day because I don't have to book back into camp! Its a Sunday, which means there's an additional day of public holiday? Actually not really haha its the same actually.. So this weekend is going to be a long weekend! Next weekend as well since I'll be going on a few more days of leave! At least I can use my leave and I can get to go out and enjoy! Its good to be out of camp, I haven't touched my own bed yet, but I touched my chou chou already! Its nice to see you again chou chou!! Went out with love today for dinner and then walked around a little! Then we're back home watching Stevie!

Lying down here on my bed looking to book out tomorrow! Quite lonely back here in camp while so many people are currently clearing their leave! I cleared mine last week so the fun is already over.. Oh well this is the price to pay for wanting to enjoy earlier haha Had my share of instant noodles tonight. I don't really eat much instant noodles, is that surprising? Since people usually eat quite a lot! I don't really find them nice, just want to fill my stomach only! Maybe it's a good thing, since I'll cut down a lot on instant noodles! Currently I'm doing guard duty now.. we have a bit of rest time and the rest of the time is being used to guard the camp! For today, I'll be the Guardian of the camp haha just kidding.. The good thing is that now, there is aircon in the rest area! Who doesn't like aircon? So for my rest time, I'll be chatting with love or watching shows or sleeping! We can actually order food in, but it's okay.. can save some money and not get fat! I need to get IPPT money from the government! $100 to go!

So today I left camp for the first time for a medical appointment! I've never been out of camp because of a medical appointment and it's quite good actually. Since I get to breathe in some public air! The public air is definitely better but it's also more expensive.. but my dinner was free since I went back home haha not my money! Some of my friends went to my house for the first time today, nobody has visited actually, since it's temporary only haha oh well these people are going to be on leave soon, and I'll be left alone here in camp.. preparing for a long night tomorrow!

I'm back here in camp after one whole week of spending the week out with love! All good things (my leave) comes to an end.. But nevertheless, it was a week well spent! This week I could actually bring my chou chou back into camp actually, since no one is in camp hahaha Two nights here in my bunk and then I'll be gone to the aircon room for a night! Its a Saturday now! Which means that I'll be booking in back to camp tomorrow... My leave is going to be over sadly.. Oh well this sums up 2016.. A year without studying at all, at least not in school! Went through 2 years of junior college, 4 years of secondary school, 6 years of primary school and 3 years of preschool.. So I spent 15 out of 19 years of my life in school already hahaha Welcome to Singapore! Actually this year I went to driving school also, for my test, so I've been learning and learning... Anyway they say learning never stops right? Gonna get busy now!

Went to eat Korean BBQ today! Its a new store, like as in we didn't try it before. Its quite popular so we gave it a try. Its actually quite good with a reasonable price! They are charging $50 per 100g of food wastage!! They printed it up on the wall, so scary. Who would dare to waste their food?! Unless you're really very rich and have a lot of money to spare! Its called Maru Korean BBQ. Well love likes to eat the spicy chicken, I think its quite nice also. Didn't eat a lot, reasonable amount and I'm already full! Not sure if I did eat the amount I paid! But as long as I'm full its okay right? Now I'm getting hungry again... I need food, a lot a lot of food!! Please give me free flow supply of food.

So there's a Central Perk cafe that opened in Singapore recently! If you know, I've been watching Friends for quite some time. And we finally went to the Friends cafe today! The food is actually quite nice but the prices are a bit steep... For a national serviceman like me, its expensive! Well I have to face the fact that I am already not a student anymore.. When I tap out my card on bus, its the adult fare!! Not getting enough money from the government! Didn't get my marksman as well, so I missed the chance of getting $200... Oh well, maybe I just suck being a soldier hahaha Enjoy my civilian life now as I'm on my leave!

Time passes quite quickly while I'm out of camp! Seems like others have been doing a lot these few days in camp, while I have the privilege to skip it all! Not sure whether its a good thing to be taking my leave this early, might have a lot other things to do when I go back to camp and others are off for their leaves! Enjoying my days out with love everyday! So little time for us to go out while I'm in camp and she's studying.. All we have is weekends and public holidays. This is like going to be the life for the next 1 year plus! Many months passed by, everyday looking forward to take back my pink colour identity card!

Its my first holiday spent at home! Though I was given a few block leave (more than others), its always good to have leave, whats there to complain?! But of course, leave means spending money.. Well its inevitable I would say.. Spending money is not fun but the enjoyment and satisfaction from money is high! Its always good to eat nice food and have new clothes to wear haha My parents will need to spend so much more money when we're moving into my new house! So many things involving money in life, life seems all about earning money to satisfy needs! But thats of course not the only purpose in life! I am on my leave!! Its a good break for the week after a year long of 'work'! National service, but we're entitled to leaves and offs just like if we're in the working world. But then, the allowance that we are receiving is so low! Well shouldn't really complain, since many others had it worse before me.. Its another Saturday spent at home with a bunch of things in my living room! So many boxes that I have no idea how I am going to move them into my new room when I move into my new house! Looks like there are many many things to be thrown away. For instance, the old shoes that we used to have, though they may have some sentimental value but there's like really no point in keeping them.. In the new house, where space is very limited, all these things have to be thrown away.. If I keep wanting to wait until the last few weeks before I move out to throw the things away, we may not be able to make it in time... So I have to dispose off things whenever I have the chance to do so! Actually I think moving my things wouldn't be as bad, most of the things that I have are already in boxes, since I haven't took much out since I moved into this house. Easiest for me the move all my things haha all neatly packed in boxes. But for my brother's things... Its the mess which I am referring to!! I should just throw them away!

Bad start for the day...

I would consider today to have a bad start.. Had some arguments with love for quite a while, supposed to be a day out since its Friday but ended up quarrelling for quite some time.. Then things got better and better, and today is the first time I got into an accident I would say haha Imagine reversing a van into a parking lot with barrier on top.. Caused my van to be dented. Put some black tape to prevent it from rusting temporarily.. Have to come out with a solution to beautify the van to make the dent look less obvious! Its finally weekend! Looking forward to the two days ahead!

Went for some practice shoot today and I actually fared quite badly haha I wasn't this bad back then when I first started serving army, not sure what had happened to my shooting skills!! Maybe I had more skills back then when I was younger and better as a soldier! Life is much better now so I became more and more lazy, I get more rest, free time and freedom! But my pay is still quite low and difficult to get by! Please give me more money! Tomorrow is Friday, book out book out book out day!! Smiley face! Sometimes it's quite difficult for me to type on my phone because my hands are sweaty, it's quite difficult to type on the corner buttons of the screen.. so if I need a smiley face but I can't click on the '123' button on iphone, I'll type smiley face! Sorry for not posting yesterday! Today we had live run then we had to cut hair, no time to go all the way. I'm finally back! Typing here on my computer, not like me yesterday pathetically using my phone even though I'm at home! So previously, I screwed up an order that was sent to USA to be shipped over to Singapore, but it seems like everything is resolved now (I hope!). Currently at my new house and things are like more or less packed already! Still have one whole bunch of things still in boxes, don't really have any intention of taking them out, I think I'm just gonna leave them where they are now, ready to be moved into the new house whenever the house is ready! I have a big room of my own now actually and thats the living room! My computer is here, everyone else is in their own room, so I am free! Looking forward to another day out with love tomorrow!

It's the first day at the temporary house! I'll only be here on weekends so I'm just gonna treat this place like my second bunk haha not really a home for now, everything is so messy, even more messy than the condition of my bunk! Maybe my bunk will be more comfortable than this place haha but this place has poohs so I'll be happier here ^^ can't wait to move into the icy cold place with all my poohs, they will feel so cold such that they will all need to be under the blanket with me! Today I placed my blanket into the washing machine with all my clothes, the washing machine almost couldn't handle the weight!! Too full already haha, sorry for the late post guys!

Today is a Wednesday and it's supposedly a nights out day, like we can just go out or go anywhere but come back before 2230h. But sadly our nights out was cancelled because some people just walked instead of running during the 5km run early in the morning today, which pissed off the officers.. so this morning I was deciding about getting a delivery for the stuffs that I bought, thinking that there was going to be nights out for tonight. I even confirmed with Damian that there is nights out, that's what we all thought.. but nope! It's cancelled.. sadly.. thought I can get to see love today and eat dinner together after like quite a while.. Can only wait till Friday then..

Sunday means it's a book in day! Today is also the last day that I'm actually staying in my house, the one thative been in ever since I was born... Currently going to move to an old old house to stay for the time being. Didn't really go out today, maybe I'll consider it a bad day. Like I just realised that my order in the USA to be shipped to a forwarding company actually ended up having a wrong address. I keyed in the old address of the forwarding company instead of the new one, fml. Now I am trying so hard to get the parcel to be shipped to the right address. This is getting so difficult. I just hate myself for always making so many mistakes recently. I have no idea whats going on, I just keep making mistakes and never doing things right. Like really, its all my fault. All these are like mistakes. Are mistakes avoidable? If I keep making mistakes idk what is going to happen to my life. Maybe I'll just learn things the hard way. Hais...

Yesterday didn't get to post because some things happened in camp, had to sleep quite early so never get to blog sorry about that (if you've been waiting for my post)!! Hahaha if anyone else even reads my blog! I never really looked at the amount of views anymore, well I just believe that I do have readers! Booked out today and went out with love! An eggy day today! Ate some rice with egg, lots and lots of egg!! Felt so sick of the egg and couldn't really finish it.. Since my house is moving, my bed has already been moved over, so all I am left with now is this mattress and pillow and bolster, it could still be better than my camp right? Haha just bear with it for these few months!!

It's been such a long and tiring day for me, maybe because I took the medicine which makes me feel like I can sleep anytime.. After taking some drowsy medication, I keep feel like sleeping.. Had training for the entire day, feels so tired now.. Everytime after a round of scolding, I feel so useless of myself and hate myself, is it just me..? Maybe because I have low confidence of myself.. The week had been so long and I just can't wait to book out, time passes so slowly and I have so many things to do. Not like in the past where rest time and free time is abundant.. Looking forward to end off this army life soon..

Woke up this morning didn't feel very sick, but last night already informed that I'm going to report sick today, so rest for the morning when people were doing PT! After that went to see the medical officer, waited for quite a while because there were quite a number of people reporting sick as well.. After that given four days of light duty! So just gonna rest for these few days! Don't have to do physical training, but normal activities I still can do ba! Hope I recover soon so we can bingsu soon!

Its a Saturday today! Spent more or less the whole day at home haha didn't go anywhere much except for lunch and dinner and sending some stuff to my temporary house! Surprisingly, I went to the same place for my lunch and dinner, because its like near right? In future I can just walk over to where I'm going haha thats when I move house! So when I move house, we'll have to start looking for furnitures and electrical appliances. It seems like Malaysia is a good choice to get such stuff because of the currency and things are really cheaper there. Well we'll see how when the time comes, like where has the best deals! If we were to go to malaysia to get our things, we'll have to look for a car to drive in! Moving house is so annoying!!

This is the second post of the day! Reason being the first post was posted after 12am last night, making this the second post! But technically that other post belongs to yesterday! Went to see Pikachu Parade at Changi Airport today! It was quite cute haha reminds me of how I went for some Hamtaro stage dance last time when I was still a small kid haha Went out with love today! I felt a little bit sick so my eyes were feeling tired all along ): Very sad. But still, it was a good long day out with love ^^ Enjoyed it a lot! Its been quite a while since we had a Friday out together! And its the whole day! The end of the year is coming, so are my holidays! Can't wait for them to come! I'm going to be promoted soon and get $20 extra every month! It means something even though its not a lot hahaha

Time flies... We're nearing to the end of the year soon.. Can't believe I'm in army for like over half a year already, soon I will ORD! Previously when they took away my Saturday and only returning it to me for today, I thought like 3 weeks will be quite long, but now, here it is! My off day! Had a long day today starting with the run, then some evaluation for my vehicle, then some maintenance shit, then finally going home! Had to move some stuffs to the new house, and now... preparing to sleep soon! Miss my bed so much, going to miss my room even more for the next few months... Going to leave this house that I have stayed in for 19 years... Looking forward to a better change! Maybe I'll swim every day in future haha just kidding! Another day passed in camp! The supposedly night training was cancelled and we can continue with our nights out ^^ Wanted to meet love during my nights out today, as per agreed on Monday, but found out about the night training yesterday, so couldn't meet. And now we can meet ^^ Went to eat some eggwich from Mr. Bean aka Dou which means bean in chinese! It was quite nice with the egg yolk flowing out! People should give it a try!

So man is like the brand of some of the vehicles that we drive. It's also like a classification of 'rank' in the army haha so technically I'm a man, and recently we're learning quite a bit of stuff of the vehicle that we are operating in, but then, these are actually not in our job scope. So we're learning what the specialists are doing, but taking man salary.. Quite a sad fact. Maybe the reason why they are getting more salary is because their training period is more tough than us? But I don't think that's how they should measure it anyway.. give me my money!! These few days have been physically torturing!! But not that bad compared to in BMT haha

Went out for nights out today with some of my army friends to somewhere far away from camp! It's like in the town area, can't really say Orchard just in case I have many international followers on my blog :x But I guess my blog is mainly for my love to see :x I wonder how often she sees my blog anyway:x not feeling very well today because I'm having a sore throat, tomorrow gonna have physical trainings again ): I don't really want to drink water now because I'm going to sleep soon, don't want to wake up halfway in the middle of the night to go toilet, but I really need to drink water haiss I have a bunch of snacks here for me to eat, but then I also cannot eat because I'm feeling heaty!!! Got the keys to my temporary house today, not as dirty as I expected it to be haha so not so much of a disappointment. And my van is back with me after a tour at the workshop! Well the speedometer is still not working, maybe I'll get a sensor online and get my father to DIY and fix it haha Three weeks left in this house, need to pack up all the things, moved quite a few boxes to the house already, placed them in the corner of a room, they're going to be stuck there for quite some time! Good news? My new house should be ready soon! Bad news is that we already have a 6 months lease over at this temporary house, which means some money wasted... But oh well can't do anything about it anyway, its all the government's regulations! Happy go lucky, don't think so much!!

I'm back at home! Last few weeks spent here at this house.. Today is the singles day! 11.11.16 oops there's a six, not a perfect one one one one one one :x but its okay the day and month still quite single hahah Its good to be in this room, it feels like home, since I've been living here in this room for a couple of years already.. But oh well, things changes.. Tomorrow we're gonna get the key to our temporary apartment, gonna go clean up the place and hope that its not too bad! Soon we'll be moving in to the totally new house, never moved to a totally new house before haha even my current and only house now had been around way before I was born... Looking forward!!

Tomorrow going to be another day of pt ): Quite intensive actually. People say that time flies when you're busy or when you have things to do, but doesn't seem so in my case! Intensive pt begins now! Going to be quite tiring for the few months... had a day out today but not with love, it's with some of my army friends~ when would I ever get to go out with my army friends right? It's actually been quite a while, the last time is when we went to eat dim sum together haha So what's the special occasion? We're like having some amazing race and have early dismissal for nights out, so we just went walking around, still have a free ride back to camp to book in, so it's a good thing I think? Just getting tired from all the physical training in the morning and walking around~ Gonna prepare for another round of pt tomorrow!

It's Sunday again! Sadly, from this week onwards, my life here in camp is not going to be so slack like how it was in the past. But this is going to last for only one month? I'm back at home with my bed now! Feels glad to be back home, there's no place like home! Slept out in the field, then slept in my bunk, and going to back in my bed again! Of course my own bed is the most comfortable! But the one in bunk isn't too bad also, I get to hug my bolster, which makes my night feels much easier haha If not my hands would be so empty and I'll feel so weird, I need company :x Went out with love today to get some stuff for her mum's birthday and ate dinner together! Sadly I'm blogging from outfield.. But at least I have a phone! Quite a boring day and wasting time, putting on camo cream, making my face looks so dirty.. We get to eat fresh ration, get to go to the toilet, like not a lousy field latrine point. Quite good haha but I would rather be back in my own bunk, it's unbeatable! What else can you expect from a field camp like this? Smells quite bad now, don't get to bathe, just want to go back bunk and sleep and wash clothes tomorrow! Wouldn't say it's a physically draining day today, but really boring and don't get to rest much... So looking forward to bookout!!

Going to go back to camp soon! Its a Monday but its Deepavalli last Saturday so today is like free off in lieu for us! Tomorrow I'm going out to drive, gonna stay out for a few days, hope we get to use our phones! Cleaned up my van just now to get rid of the roaches and went out with love just now in the afternoon! Went to eat some food, like today is the 1-for-1 day! We ate some nice food and drinks but only paid half the price?! Good deal! Only applies on weekdays, but I'm usually not out on weekdays, so its a rare occasion! Going to prepare to book in back to camp soon! My room also needs some clearing up, so soon before I'm moving house...

The month is ending! Day out with love and pooh! Hugging another pooh right now, there's like so many poohs in my house! When I move house I'll have to bring this many poohs over to my new temporary house and new house! Need to box them up soon and bring them over :x There's like a cockroach in my van today, just like three weeks ago? Tomorrow I'm going to do some mass cleaning up on the van, to clean up the vehicle and clear away all the dirt and rubbish inside! Its getting quite dirty after not cleaning the inside of the vehicle for so long. Like ants coming in and now even cockroach!! So my driving course is completed I guess, like we completed all our training on the road and also outfield! Then we're going to have like more intense physical training? Yeah because drivers need to be fit..? Oh well I don't have a say, I just have to be good and follow instructions! Waiting for my next allowance day to come so I'll have money to go out! Didn't dismiss too late today so I get to go out with love again! Like almost everyday that I'm out, I get to see love ^^ Of course, I get to see my bed and see my chou chou as well! Booked out today! Not too early but not too late! Sadly, I'm gonna go back to camp tomorrow night to prepare for like driving the day after! But oh well this is just my life... No choice just gonna do it! I'm down to like one month left in this house with my this bed, actually my bed will still be the same, just that I wouldn't be in this room that I've had for a couple of years already. I shall just move on! Soon I will have a new room, although small, but for the first time in forever, I'll have aircon! I'll have a nice window beside me!! Let's just hope that my new house will be nice! So so so looking forward to it! Booked out today, went to drink bubbletea with love! It's a day of driving again! But maybe it's like just 'da' cos it's only half a 'day' of driving hahaha okay I'm just being lame. So today I get to drive Land Rover. It surprises me how such an old vehicle still can move like quite quickly? Or maybe for military standards haha I can get a rover on my own outside, but I have no money to do so haha Land Rover Defender also stopped production already lo so I won't be able to own one on my own D: maybe I can try my luck elsewhere in other country. Then again it's a good thing to be able to own one in your own country right? Then today I went for nights out to eat McDonald's, spent a few bucks on food, not sure whether it's worth it because I can still live well without it :x oh well also eat already, don't think so much ba:x

I'm lying down on my bed hugging my bolster! A day of driving.. Halfway through the week already, it's ending soon, like two more days of driving only! I think should be booking out on Thursday, feels a bit hungry now but I can always control and maintain my diet! Haven't been exercising for quite some time because of my driving course, hopefully I can get back on track next week! The bed and my pillow feels so nice!! Maybe because I'm tired that's why they feel nice, the one at home feels nice even if I'm not tired haha it's just cosy at home. I can keep lying down there and sleep the whole day! It's another day spent driving! Familiarising the vehicles on the public road, needs to be careful, cannot anyhow drive. People say when you are a driver in SAF, one of your leg already stepped into DB - Detention Barracks. Which means that it's actually very easy for you to end up in DB if you are a driver. Like the minor minor mistakes may end up causing you to be charged, sadly. Just waiting for my driving course to end~ Can't wait to book out on Thursday / Friday!! Gonna dive back into bed soon!

Today I'm starting of driving again! Well did I mention like which unit I'm actually in? So I'm actually driving a very special vehicle but it's really not easy to drive. I think that's why we are classified as Operators and not Drivers, feels very very different from the usual vehicles that we drive. Really, not anyone with a license can drive this vehicle without training and familiarisation :x needs lots of practice and I Guess that's the reason why we're driving it for the next few days! What a long day today, it's a Sunday but it's spent here in camp sadly.. Not a Sunday out with love so sad ): I miss love ): four more days!

I'm back here in camp, so boring.. It's been a week since I last saw this bed, don't really want to see it, but now that everything has been washed, it's quite clean also haha I think I can fall asleep right now just by lying down. I have my fan that is using free electricity beside me, then I have my portable charger charging right now as well, everything is free! We don't have free wifi here though sadly.. Today my car plate number came out as first prize for 4D. Sadly we didn't buy, never get to win that sum of money, could have been quite a big sum man. My class 5 course is finally over! Obtained my class 5 driving license! Feels accomplished? Hahaha since I was young, I wanted to have like all classes of license, so I can drive any kind of vehicles. So technically, I have gotten class 3, 4 and 5. I can drive a vehicle but may not have the license to do it haha So like half of my that dream has been fulfilled I guess. Its quite fun but at the same time tiring... After everything, went out with love for dinner again! Its been awhile since we last went to this place to eat haha its called Swee Choon Tim Sum Restaurant. Actually by writing its name on my blog, when people google for the shop, will they be able to see my blog post?! If you do and is hoping to find out something about this restaurant, too bad, I'm not going to say anything. Not a productive review for you! Its basically cheap and good I guess. Not too expensive and the food taste nice! Tomorrow gonna be booking back into camp, boring!! Look forward to spending time with love ^^

One more day to go before the end of my course! So... today is a Thursday, I wasn't dismissed too late so had the time to go out to eat with love ^^ Well some strange things happened to my van, first it was cockroach entering, and next it was some airbag warning light. I also no idea what is going on, need to fix up the vehicle and need to keep my van clean ^^ Might as well just get a new car right! But then, no money lor you sponsor me? Who in the world would sponsor me hahaha Finally, today I received my cable for my iPhone that I bought from China! Its like my previous cable, short and made in china. I hope this one is reliable haha the previous one lasted me for like two years? Wasn't too bad, considering it was a rather cheap cable. This one is quite cheap as well, no point spending 30 bucks buying an original iPhone cable. Works equally well?!

Today is a long day in camp.. I'm finally back home after night training! Everytime I reach home I will think about my bed. Or rather whenever I'm sitting down here typing haha Maybe because my bed is right behind me, so I think about my bed! Its a little bit late already, not sure what time I'll be sleeping though! Two more days of class 5 driving course remaining, and I will RTU (Return to unit)! As usual, I cooked this morning. Usual as in same as yesterday haha, yesterday was the first time I cooked to bring to camp, today is the second. Today was quite a bad experience... The oil splattering because of me using the wrong sauce pan and the badly calculated amount of sauce that I ended up bringing to camp... Well there seems to be so many things that I need to do... I don't know when I will have the time to do it... Promised to make pizza over the weekend but didn't do it... Shit man I'm being so unproductive. I really need to get my hands on the pizza-making!! Intend to do it before I move house, its like about a month left only...

Home is always the best, in the comfort of my own bed, so relaxed, not like in camp, where I don't get my laptop, I don't get my big fan over me, I don't get my bed and all the things on my bed!! I don't get to see love as well ): At least today I get to see her for 15 mins, better than nothing right?! Feel a bit tanned right now on my right shoulder, maybe because I get sun tanned on this side, but not on the left side. Its always the right side... Today is my first day of stay out! It's a good day I believe hahaha I get to sleep at home for like so many more nights! I get to see love everyday as well (if we meet everyday) and that will be what I look forward to the most! Second is of course to sleep in the comfort of my own bed!! Its a Saturday! Moved one of the sofas in our living room out, now we have so little things in the house, like minimal haha Actually not exactly la, we still have quite a few things over here. Most importantly my bed for me to lie on and my chou chou!! Today I slept for quite a while actually, because I love my bed so much, and its so comfortable maybe. Maybe because the condition of 'furniture' that we have in NS is bad, so when I'm home, everything becomes so good, even though they are just average hahaha Next week is a stay out week! So happy about it! Finally I get to stay outside for a week, first time driving into camp as well! Hope all is good. Didn't go out with love today, looking forward to going out tomorrow!!

Sorry for the late post! This post was supposed to be for the 14th of October! So today, I ended my guard duty early in the morning about about 8+ am. I thought I can finally go back to my bunk to rest but apparently, its not the case... I had to drive... But I wasn't really very tired, I feel 'strong' enough to drive, so I just drove! Not a lot actually, but its better than nothing? At least I get to clock some mileage along the way haha Spent the evening with love and now she's back home ): I'm here lonely again... If only she can live in my house, then I can save some money and don't need to buy a bolster anymore! On top of that, I get a free growing bolster!! -Note: the bolster hugs you back as well!

It's my second guard duty of the week. I believe this guard duty will be a breeze:x just did my two hour shift opening the gantry for people coming to camp for RT (remedial training??) it's basically for people who failed their ippt to come back for training I think. My job was rather easy, didn't really sweat and just chat with the two staff sergeants on duty today. It was quite fun talking to them but I probably won't see them again anytime soon, the actually quite nice haha now I still have some time to rest before going for duty again. It's not that bad like my guard duty the last time, that was really tiring. Oops I need to apply for my leave now, that'll be it for now!!

Hello world!

The first thing I can think about now is that I have ulcer (pronounced as ao-sir). Maybe because my pronunciation or rather my enunciation is bad, so that's just how I say it haha the next thing that I have will be guard duty. Yeah tomorrow is guard duty, Haiss soooo not looking forward to it. I need a good night rest today and maybe some rest tomorrow. So today is the first time I hit the gym!! Was it good? I think so, feels like I'm training a bit of my muscles haha that's probably the only time I'll go to the gym this week. Next week onwards I'll be having driving course and busy with my trade course, so... Busy time, hope I don't get fat. Hope the pt will keep me fit! My leg still hurts abit when I exert strength, hope it recovers soon!!

Usually I post quite late like when I'm about to sleep, like 10++ or 11++? But today is slightly different, I'm early! I feel so guilty for not having done much in camp, like I have been quite unproductive, never really learn new things. Well obviously I'm not alone, so many others just watch show every day hahaha but then i shouldn't be like them, it's my own life not theirs. So today is like a rest day for me after a long night of guard duty. I can let it pass for not having achieved much today. Still haven't found enough people to go on the overseas trip with love and I.. Been going around and asking so many people, but haven't really gotten anyone who really wants to come on the trip with us... Been finding people for so long, it's time to start deciding on the places to go, place to stay and so much more details... Quite sad that I won't be able to get to travel overseas next year, so have to be cramped in this year, but still can't get anyone who wants to go with us, like the schedule clashes with everyone else, just so difficult to find someone willing to go with us... Can be considered the first overseas trip with love (by air) but we're not even going with the best company, like best friends won't be around sadly... But of course this wont be the last trip! Hopefully in future, things will turn out better! I shall start planning for alternatives in case this trip falls through. It would be quite sad we won't get to fly, but if we are going to do other fun things here in Singapore, it won't be too bad ☹️ It's all about the effort!!

Sorry for not blogging last night, this is the make-up post for last night! Was supposed to blog last night but was having guard duty and needed time to rest. I believe this is like the most energy draining activity that I've had here hahaha usually it'll just be like one or two hours, but this shit lasted for like 16 hours!! So glad it's going to be over already, I can finally head back to my bunk and sleep!! The environment here is nowhere close compared to my bunk's. But when you're really tired, you can still sleep no matter how bad it is right? Basically my job last night and this morning is to guard the gate with a rifle, that's simply put haha Can't wait to go back!!!

Its my second post of the day! Didn't blog last night because I only realised I forgot to blog when I was going to sleep, and I was told that it's fine I can skip yesterday's blog post:x So I went to the medical centre yesterday because my leg still hurts when I'm climbing stairs and running, so I was given an excuse for running, marching, jumping (RMJ) for two weeks, for my legs to rest. RMJ is a rather common 'status' actually, like they just excuse us from 'using our legs'. We can continue to do anything, just not use our legs :x Went for nights out last night and ate some food, didn't do any exercise this week, so I feel quite fat now. Didn't eat anything at night other than dinner just now (which was in the evening). I feel so hungry right now, can't do anything about it... Haiss idw to get any fatter

Went out with love today, a wonderful Sunday spent out! I have like medical leave till tomorrow, so its finally a Sunday evening that I don't have to book in! Apparently my rash is coming up quite a bit now, I hope it goes away soon since its rather itchy. Not really sure if I am really allergic to a particular drug, so I'll have to find out when I go to the allergy clinic! Just trying hard not to scratch when its really itchy T_T Bought some clothes today haha My budget is quite high this month, have to cut down and get some money from my parents! I'm posting this from a special place, somewhere where I will hardly come, hospital!! It's a quite ew hospital that has just been built not long ago, maybe at most two to three years? Everything looks quite well built here so it's not bad haha but given a choice, I wouldn't want to come here. Basically I had some muscle aches and went to see doctor, doctor prescribed me with some muscle relaxant. I had no known allergy, maybe this is gonna be my first one.. Had my Brother sent me to hospital and diagnosed with allergic reaction. I had rashes all over my body and it's really bad. They gave me a jab, after awhile, everything goes back to normal. It's surprising how an injection can do that to my body so easily, I think the Scientists must be really happy back then to discover such a cure hahaha At 12mn I'll be discharged!!

It's mid-week already! I wonder why but I miss drinking milk tea. I just bought milk tea earlier on during my nights out but I still feel like drinking it. I have so much cravings for it, I think I should bring my milk tea packets into camp, like those satchel ones. If only I remember hahaha I don't want to set a reminder for stuffs like this, like if I remember then good lo if forget then forget it lo, it's a luxury anyway! It's the first day of the week! Had like live run today, ran for quite a bit today, met the new officers for our battery - oops I didn't tell my love this! But I think it's fine right I'll just tell here so she can see as well:x anyway she is my world right? Okay let's carry on. So right today for our live run, we had to run around the track for like 5 times. So the new officers quite nice, like they know that the other old officer is a bit screwed up and annoying, like want us do a lot of shit like push ups if we can't meet the timing. So these new officers tell us to just put in a bit of effort when we run, like to show that we are putting in effort, so that the old officer won't scold us. Then they help us cover up the timing as well haha so like we didn't have to do push-ups. Not bad, maybe just for a start? Since this is our first time meeting! Then after that today nights out, I went to collect my powerbank and ate ice kacang! It's cold and sweet so it's good!!! Walked a Long detour back to the camp via the main gate since the back gate is closed at certain timings, and it's about to be sleep time soon!!

Sunday day out ^^ Had fun today out with love! Yawn yawn yawn!! Came back home quite late last night and had to delay the time meeting love today! Why is it called bewbs I haven't researched on it hahaha Sounds very cute right!!! It's also very nice to touch because it's very soft!!! Finally back at home! Haven't touched my bed though haha I'm sure it will feel better than what my bed feels like in camp! Like I get my fan above me, I get my blanket, I get my bolster and also all my 'bean bags' like chou chou and poohs to hug! Sadly I don't get love to hug at night ): Just hug myself then! So many boxes in my room currently, because I'm moving house like soon? I don't know how many boxes belong to me actually, don't want to count them, probably more than 10 boxes hahaha Why do I have so much belongings! Like we're born with nothing, then things start to come in, so actually every single person created quite a bit of trash from the start to the end of their lives hahaha Things that people use, like after awhile, its either something to keep or something to throw. The things that we choose to keep will eventually become trash someday as well. But lets not think so much, its just part and parcel of life!!

It's been quite a while since I last met love on my nights out! Only met a few times during my nights out... But yay we finally met again ^^ Initially I thought that we weren't going out so I didn't wear particularly nice when I just booked in hahaha but it's okay la as long as I am around can already right :x doesn't really matter what I wear as long as I can meet love!! But no la it's better to dress nicely when meeting her, so I won't be an embarrassment!! Did a 5km run today, it's the live run I mentioned yesterday, did I? Today feels like being in a new place since I haven't really experienced the life over here, have always been on driving course so I won't be around to do any of the PT. Today wasn't really entirely fun to begin with, so many things to do!! Like supposed to have Swimming, but end up cancelled. Then we have some conditioning run with like body armour... So heavy!! It's been so long since I last wore that, I already thought that I'm a driver!! Tomorrow we'll be having nights out! But morning we will have a 5km run though... Went out today and bought like quite a number of things! Not a lot actually, just one tee shirt, one jacket and one pair of shoes haha But I'm getting a bit poor after spending.. Its been awhile since I bought much clothes for myself, so I think I have to pamper myself a little bit! Being in NS, don't earn a lot of money, but then still need to get some nice clothes, so that when I go out, I don't dress so badly. Doesn't reflect very well on those people I go out with (actually I only go out with love hahahaha) Like trying to convert my style man! Trying to look less like a kid/teenager and look more like an adult hahaha I have bad taste though, so have to depend on love to help me find what suits me. Sometimes even though I have nice clothes, the way I put them together just caused a disaster!! Its a Friday today but it felt like Saturday, tomorrow is going to Saturday #2! I felt this way because I usually wake up at home to either a Saturday or Sunday. But this time is different! Because I don't have to book in neither tonight or tomorrow night hahaha My brother and my dad was out of the house, they were studying and working, I thought they went out, because its Saturday right? Then like we went to eat kcook, which is some korean bbq buffet. This time it felt really different from the last time round which was the first time I went to eat. I didn't really like it the first time round, maybe because I wasn't really feeling very well that time, so when I ate the food, it didn't felt very nice. This time round its really nice hahaha Then we went to walk around, went to some places that we haven't went in a very very long time! Like after she starting studying and I started national service, I don't think there's a Friday we spent an entire day out!! Except one? Hahaha so its a good day today!! Good Friday! I'm a happy man now! Booked out today, didn't have lunch in camp, went to her school to surprise her haha she told me its shocking but I believe its surprising hahaha I just refused to believe that my sight would be shocking... Hardly I'll spend so many days out, I'm only going back in on Monday night!! It's quite a bit of time from today! Tomorrow going to eat some korean bbq that we never had in ages. She's quite busy with her school life though, its good that she's hardworking and I honestly feel that she will do well! Philosophy suits her actually, since she's really intelligent and likes exploring such things (at least to me)! It's been a long time since I last posted anything. Like you would've expected, something happened of course. Basically this blog was created for the whole world to read, but it's actually created just for one person, just for her to read. She's like my entire world actually, so addressing this post to the world isn't wrong in any way. So I was actually quite stupid to have wanted to break up with her and ignore her for a long time. I somewhat enjoyed some freedom, like going out, but feel even more loneliness and emptiness. Not just that I am looking for a missing piece in my life, I am sure that this missing piece that I have set my eyes on is the perfect fit for my puzzle. So as of this midnight, I have began my operation and interactions to aliens have been cut down greatly. Even though I may be changing myself greatly now, I am quite sure I wouldn't revert back to who I was. It's actually more of a habit rather than a personality. By being conditioned to put in effort, only then will I be the interesting guy around her. It's a choice that I made on my own accord.

It's been awhile since I talked about XC haha XC means cross country actually. So today I was tagged a photo by a friend of a bike that is the same model as my previous bike, it's classified as a cross country bike btw. And coincidentally, today, I'm actually driving cross country on Land Rover, military vehicle, for some training or practicing. So coincidental haha Tomorrow I'll be continuing with my training, will drag all the way till night, hopefully I'll have time to blog tomorrow! Don't really have much to do now so I'll probably sleep early too! It was quite fun playing or rather training cross country, maybe someday I'll get a vehicle to do cross country trails elsewhere hahaha

Err met quite a few people today at the driving centre, people there like starting their driving or riding course, and here I am completed my driving course, got my driving license! Just did some operations training, narrow bridges and stuffs like that, that's about it for my day at driving course! Watched some shows also~ then we were waiting for our bus and we played murderer haha yeah we're still kids actually, 19 year olds, have 24 also though... But it still feels good to be young, when you put a bunch of guys together they become even more childish, it's true. Nights out went to eat McSpicy! Cost me some money but it's okay.. No more nights out this week, night training all the way (two days)!

My power bank actually broke, not really broke la but there's some issues with the charging. I have to pull the usb port to one side before it charges, so its just that the port seems to be a little bit loose. I opened up the power bank to see if I can fix it, but I don't think I'm capable enough to fix it hahaha Then my dad is like telling me just get a new one. Its probably just that he can't fix electronics like this haha Its not like one power bank is extremely expensive anyway. I'll probably be getting them tomorrow, like ordering them I mean. For the time being, I'll just tape the cable to the power bank. Money efficient! One more week to go before travelling to KL! Need to get my stuffs ready, or that its too early haha shall go to the money changer soon too!

Back from a drinking session!! Just kidding, just a night to a bar. Hardly go to the bar, so I hardly drink too. But then again, I'm not drunk yet haha just feeling tired and want to go to bed soon! Especially when its bookout day, I love my bed so much, can't help it. There's only 2/7 of my life these two years spent with my own bed!!! (approximately two years) So I better treasure it while I can! Then again, let's talk about hair, not my hair but hair in general hahaha People in NS usually have to keep their hair short, and hair needs to be extremely short when they are in BMT. But then, for the infantry people, they have to keep the BMT hairstyle for two years, that's kind of sad. Thinking that you can finally stop cutting such short hair, then getting posted to infantry, its like all the hopes dashed. So poor thing, at least my hair is not that bad now!!

Its a late post again today but not because I went out till quite late. Just packing up some stuffs in my room and hence the late post. Not sure whether I have too many things in my room, but it just seems so difficult to finish packing everything! Maybe I just have little pressure now since I'm not moving my house just yet. At the end of the day, I think more and more things will be thrown away. Oh yes I didn't mentioned. Yesterday when I went up to my van, I realised my right wing mirror is cracked. Sorry for the past midnight post! Booked out today and went out a little. So today at driving, I didn't get to drive in the morning since my driving instructor wasn't here. So was called to drive in the afternoon, like two lessons, so in the end I drove 120km with a max speed of 50km/h. Really boring and tiring, but the instructor talked quite a bit so it wasn't so bad. Then went out for dinner for awhile, after that went for supper with my current vocation-mates. Drove for a bit, or rather quite a bit, then went to pump my fuel before going home. It was a long day today, but its book out day! Gonna go sleep soon and prepare for tomorrow!

Today is the first time driving on the expressway with a military vehicle~ because I finally passed my license! Bought a bunch of boxes today because its quite cheap and we'll be moving house soon. Need to pack up things into these boxes to prepare for moving of house in a few months time. The two fishes that we have in our house is being given away, so the house going to be empty and quiet, getting back more space but still feels a bit sad that they have left. I think I will feel sad too when I'm moving out of this house that I have lived for my entire life here... But things always changes, so just move on. Its easier said  than done actually. Another day of bookout with my ugly bag haha Brought my clothes home to wash because I was too lazy to wash in camp, and there weren't a lot of clothes since I only booked in on Tuesday night. I think the next time round I should bring home like my bolster cover as well as my blanket. Both of them haven't washed ever since I started using them hahaha But then for blanket, I haven't been using it since its like so hot in camp. Maybe when they install aircon, I'll need my blanket. But I can just wash it lo, make it clean! My bedsheet quite hard to straighten it actually, I wonder if its too big for my mattress... Abit waste money to go get a new set also:x Shall see how haha

Today I went out with love for awhile and then came back home to watch some dramas haha So I finally get to eat the mashed potato at 7 eleven after so long! Also got to drink slurpee after so long! There seems to be many food that I haven't eaten after so long hahaha I've always been eating so much army food, making me really fat. I thought I had slimmed down but apparently its not the case. I went to take my weight again and its actually almost 62kg!! I think its like one of the highest I've ever reached in my life. I was previously 62kg before enlistment, then I got to 60kg, now I'm back here.... I have the feeling its going to continue going up. Nooooo I better do something about this already... Exercise is key!!

BO stands for two things: bookout and body odour, I have both! Idk whether its the way I wash my clothes, that I never put fabric softener to give it the smell, so my shirt will smell bad after sweating on it for awhile, or that I just have a bad smell whenever I sweat. So while driving, I actually sweat quite a lot, so my shirt always smell bad. Like I need to change my clothes everyday because I myself cannot stand it too hahaha I like myself to smell nice, if not its really quite disgusting for myself. Imagine always smelling bad... I just can't stand it hahaha Maybe I should try bringing some fabric softener into camp that gives my clothes more smell when I wash my clothes ^^

It's a special day today because I am officially _____. It's for you to find out what day it is today and what I'm becoming or rather what I've already became hahaha What I can say is that it's been a rather long day, driving a tonner. Wah it's really like quite big actually, need some time to get used to it. I feel like driving on normal roads should be fine, just need to think that my vehicle is bigger. But driving on tight and narrow roads, that's when the difficult parts come in. Hahaha to think about it, isn't driving always like this? Haha I would say it's exceptionally difficult to handle the tonner in narrow roads, maybe because the mirrors weren't adjust well to suit me or something.. But sooner or later I'll get used to it and everything should be fine by then hahaha

Hello world!

So its Saturday and I spent my day out with love ^^ and some other people. So its been quite awhile since I went out with love, maybe not very long but then I feel like its been quite awhile leh why ah Aiya I keep using Singlish I also not sure why... But doesn't really matter~ Ahh I think I need to spend some time packing up my house since my house is sold. I'll be moving out idk in how long time, so its best that I start packing or else its going to be a big mess... I've always been very lazy to pack my stuff aiyo, I need to get down to work!!! Stop being lazy ):

Bookout!

Hello world!

Its another day of bookout again! After a long day of driving today, I'm like quite tired and I would love to sleep soon hahaha Just gonna settle some things that I haven't done so I can go to sleep soon! Its like five nights in camp with a bed that doesn't belong to me and two nights here at my home sweet home bed, of course I have to enjoy and sleep more while I can haha But whenever I bookout, it would seem like I always have things to do, like they are quite packed actually. I don't really have enough time to sleep at night hahaha but its okay, I can always go back to camp and rest! So today is like my first time getting more contact with the truck that I'm learning, its quite big I would say, but I think I will get used to it soon. I feel that I'm officially a driver now hahaha

Like half a day more, 12 hours? Not really that early haha to bookout! It's quite late actually, like 6pm... Had like driving assessment today, and of course, I passed flawlessly. It's a fact. But then again, if you've been following me, you would've known that I actually only passed my driving test on my third try hahaha maybe it will be the same here... Passing on the first try here is really not easy, since only like 10% of the people does that...? Maybe even so when you have a license. They will know that you have a license, then they will expect higher standards from you, like more pointless safety checks.. Wouldn't really say they are pointless, but more or less it really is... All the horns that you have to give when you spot a hazard, like sending warning to others to be careful of you. Like "Hey this is government property, you better be careful" hahaha I'm driving government vehicle okay. Like no road tax no coe!!! Fuel is free too. So just drive anyhow I want!! Like stepping the accelerator all the way. After all I'm not that bad, I'm a safe driver!

Monday blues

It's a Monday! Err didn't really update yesterday... So yesterday it was just a day out with love and a fatty, who went to buy some bracelet for someone who he wishes to confess to haha Then like we went to buy some mochi, which is only like soso? Could be the reason why people are buying drinks at this store instead of their mochi haha After coming back to camp, had some time so fixed up my fan and it's working now!! It was very cold last night I would say, I turned off my fan at like 4am because it was really too cold haha and then... I just continued sleeping... Now I feel sleepy again after a day of driving, 10% driving 90% slacking...

Hello world!

Its the end of another Saturday! Well time flies today? Yes and no lah hahaha So today went out with love for awhile, and have the rest of the day to myself! So in the morning I went to buy ang ku kueh which is basically just kueh You can try googling what it is, I'm too lazy to explain this, its never going to end, just look at wikipedia or something hahaha So we, the chinese people, like to eat this type of food, because its sticky, its nice. No lah its just some traditional food that our ancestors used to it and its really nice, we don't eat everyday of course... But once in a while, we eat it. Especially during some occasions? Idk what occasions we get to eat this anyway, like when it appears in my house, I just eat it. So if you happen to come to Singapore, you can go to this stall called Poh Cheu, which is located somewhere in the south of Singapore, and they sell nice kuehs This is an advertisement for them!! But my blog only have a few readers. Oh well...

Bookout day

Hello world!

Its bookout day again! Phew after five days of being in camp, I finally get some time to rest at home! My hair is already getting quite long now, need to get some parts of my hair trimmed, or else I will look quite bad hahaha Just imagine cutting your hair totally short, with like 1mm left? And then let it grow for like 1 month? Apparently my hair is like the spiky type and it will just stand. This hair reminds me of my hair when I was in primary school haha Like in kindergarten and primary school, I don't really cut my hair to a certain style, its just shaved, short and thats it! So its just like how it is now hahaha Soon I can 'style' my hair again, I wish... Just gonna shave off the sides to make me look better haha

Ooh hi world

If you don't already know, I own many poohs, yes I own them, they are mine. They are yellow in colour. I hardly hug them anymore, mainly because I'm in NS and I don't bring them to my camp. I just realised that when I'm home, I just sleep without them most of the time. So from now onwards, I shall hug them to bed again like how I did in the past haha Or else they would've felt so neglected. But then again, I have the tendency of throwing things onto the floor, either by kicking or pushing when I'm asleep. So I threw my blanket on the floor before, my bolster, my poohs too. They always end up on the floor and I don't even know until I wake up. Something really interesting is that I threw my blanket on the floor before back in camp, of course, the floor is damn dirty since we wear shoes and step on the floor. But then, I already stopped using my blanket, its so hot in camp! I realised I don't need it anymore, so its actually near my leg, like leg rest everyday haha Pray that pooh don't drop on the floor tonight
